I was very fortunate to be matched with a therapist who I feel very comfortable with. They have been helping me get through some hard times and I am so thankful that I have signed up. Please do yourself a favor and sign up too, you won't regret it.

Talkspace was the first place I was able to use my insurance and find the perfect therapist for me. I’ve been seeing the same therapist for over a year on a weekly basis and not only myself but those closest to me have seen a difference in my overall mental health. Talkspace made finding a professional to talk to easy, affordable and zero pressure if I needed to explore other therapists. Highly recommend.

Convenient professional understanding and helpful

Finding the right therapist is not always one and done. I reviewed therapist specialities and background to find who may be a fit for me. I like that I could try someone else if I didn't feel the connection and that is exactly what I did. It's still a process to open up and be so vulnerable but you will figure out if right fit after at least a couple of sesessions. I was so intimidated for so long by finding someone and opening up but, in the end, I should have done it much sooner because I found a great therapist for me. I was stuck and needed some help to recognize my patterns and deal with grief. You have to do the work and it takes time. Be patient with yourself and the process but just hearing myself say things out loud without judgement truly got me on the road to healing and given tools to help with boundaries and conflict. 4 stars because the app is not great for sessions as cannot sharescreen, etc and have had issues with sound and video working correctly on both ends of session.

My therapist Debra Jane is amazing! She’s kind, warm, patient, non-judgmental, and best of all HELPFUL! She has guided me through a very difficult situation with skill and compassion. She is facilitating my healing through various traumas. I highly recommend Talkspace and Debra Jane!

Rip Off I was charged over $400 and never chose a Therapist. They refused to refund my money. Don't give credit card to search or you will be charged anyway. DAMN shame sounds like kicking someone when they are down!! Would have given a negative rating but it wasn't an option. THANKS FOR NOTHING HOPEFULLY YOU ENJOYED MY MONEY!!
