The providers . They either cancelled ,or my last provider never showed up to our scheduled time! I went through three providers ! Never again !

Talking with someone outside family or friends helped. Also someone who has delt with other clients in my same situation also helped. I feel a bit more time was needed and I just cant afford it at this time.

Mindy has been amazing to work with. She is understanding and shows support and empathy in my life’s journey. I was hesitant to start therapy and was afraid that it would make me uncomfortable. Mindy is great at supporting me and helping me overcome my anxiety and stress. Through we are still working through my trauma I look forward to therapy days to process my emotions and my feelings.
