The therapist is very responsive to any…
The therapist is very responsive to any messages sent and has provided my daughter with some great resources and suggestions on how to tackle some of her struggles and they have been working. I can see a change in her after just a few sessions.

My therapist is kind
My therapist is kind, supportive and insightful. I look forward to sessions all the time and I always leave feeling validated and supported. I am so glad I met Adriana and get to keep working with her!!

I like to meet up online
I like to meet up online, is easier for me, also I like the idea of my therapist being outside of my city.

Tallkapace is great
Tallkapace is great. I didn't want to de video calling and they let me text. They're also really flexible flexible. Highly recommend for mrntel health

Therapy made “easy”
Talkspace makes therapy as easy as possible. I was able to check my copay, search therapists, book sessions, all online. No call centers, no waiting on hold, no having to make decisions while someone waits for me on the other end of the line… it removed all the external barriers for me to finally take the plunge.
