The matching process was easy and thorough. The response time was quick. I like that there are other resources besides the therapy such as articles, meditation apps, etc that are available. I like that you can message your therapist between sessions and that you can look at your short and long term goals in the portal to monitor progress. I like thar you partner with other health and wellness companies.

I had a great experience and it was really excited . I look forward to more sessions .

Think about adding some after hours emergency contacts. In case of anxiety or panic attacks. You should be able to speak to your provider

My therapist is AMAZING (I really want to emphasize that) but it is ridiculous that this company cannot figure out how to move my charges forward to my insurance company correctly. The number of times I have been billed inappropriate because they claim that my insurance company won’t cover the costs even though it is because Talkspace suddenly began to change how they were inputting my information is ridiculous. This has happened 5-6 times now! And the worst part is that Talkspace won’t own up to their mistakes. They continue to blame the insurance company even though my company says that Talkspace suddenly changed how they were inputting information and that in the past it was fine, but now it isn’t, and other people with other insurances are experiencing the same problem. Obviously this means that Talkspace is the problem and not only will they not fix it, but they refuse to own up to it.

My therapist was able to quickly and concisely bring out what I was struggling with and then guide me to a better place mentally. I’m very grateful to her!

This service was so easy to set up, especially with our insurance. The best part is that we connected with a therapist that my daughter works really well with, on the first try!
