Outstanding experience!
After using in person therapy for years with no progress…i decided to try Talkspace for my teenage daughter. It has been so impactful! She loves it and there are guided reminders and thoughts between appointments. I can see that she is making an effort. It is much less expensive than i had been paying. I just wish i had started her here sooner.

Fraudulent billing
Fraudulent billing, theft, and Scam They use anything to charge you, plus charging your insurance. they stated I did not reschedule in time, I did 25 hrs before appointment, then they said I canceled appointment without notice. That’s false also. Charging me $125.00 twice, and cut my therapy off, im going through severe depression, and they canceled all my appointments till I pay. Fraudulent billing

Ease of Use
Connected with an amazing therapist! Aside from the site being easy to use, easy to connect with the therapist and easy to set up an appointment. The reminders are very helpful as well. I'm glad I gave this a chance.
