It's easier to find the right person to talk to. So far I haven't had any issues and I've been using it for about 6 months. Scheduling and re-scheduling are convenient and messaging my provider is easy. My provider has been very helpful and is open to discuss what I want to at any given session.

The first therapist I was matched with seemed great in our first meeting. Unfortunately, the second appointment was rushed, he was constantly checking the clock, he told me I was "too hysterical" for him to help me, he said I needed "to be medicated" before he would be able to treat me, and he ended the appointment 15 minutes early. I was devastated. Thankfully, I was able to cancel future appointments with him and start my search over. Second time was a charm for me - I've now been seeing my provider since May 2024. She is a much better fit and has helped me immensely. I look forward to continuing treatment with her.

The ability to schedule my sessions online and attend virtually makes it super easy to start and maintain therapy.

My therapist, Elizabeth, has been very supportive and is really insightful. In moments where I can't communicate my feelings properly, she definitely fills in the blanks for me, and I feel heard and understood.

The Talkspace platform is pretty easy to use for scheduling appointments and communicating with my therapist, and I appreciate that there are different ways to engage with my therapist (text, audio, video). Talkspace matched me with a *great* therapist. His schedule is open enough that I don't have trouble finding a good time. He asks good questions, is a very good listener, validates my feelings, (supportively) pushes my thinking, and helps me set small action goals. He also provides resources based on our conversations and between sessions for additional development/support.

I have an amazing psychiatrist. But I have been unable to find a therapist in my time zone. On three separate occasions, the therapist has been on the East Coast. I am PST, and the time difference does not work.

The value for the services is phenomenal, but for more advanced issues requiring any sort of documentation, they are not available for any fee out of pocket which serves the services as good, not great.

I love all the options, especially texting my therapist. TalkSpace makes it so easy to get therapy. My therapist is well qualified, and a great match for me! The process is so easy!!
