I've had my first visit and I will say it was great. I love the fact that it's virtual as it is so convenient. She was very thorough in her explanations of everything and how the meds will affect me. She asked questions about my past history so she could get an understanding of how I am now. She covered all the necessities like making sure I wasn't a suicidal risk and even asked if I had the means if I was suicidal or a plan. She listened which I loved. She had great feedback and great options. She even sent me a link for a light that helps with depression that I plan on buying along with an RX card to make sure that I could get my med at a great price which ended up being $0 out of pocket. I look forward to continuing this journey and I appreciate how effortless this was. It's hard when you are in a dark spot to get things done so being rather easy that meant I was able to conquer what feels like a mountain in literally an hour.

Dr. Klimo was very thorough during the intake. She made me comfortable, and took the time to listen. She instilled confidence that she would provide the level of care that I need.

On my first visit, the doctor no-showed and canceled after 38 minutes of the scheduled time. I remarked to the customer service representative, that I should receive a $100 as the doctor canceled AFTER 38 minutes of my initial visit. My reward was getting a $100 bill for the doctor cancellation.

Do not use Talkiatry. They have no problem taking appointments, but their policy on communication is hideous. Do not expect to hear from anyone for 72 Hrs if you have follow-up questions.

To be honest, I was really nervous since this was my first ever virtual visit, but I absolutely loved it! Dr. Osamudiamen Osa Edoh made me feel like I’d known him forever, and I felt so comfortable talking with him. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. Looking forward to my next visit.😊❤️
