Bluetooth didn't work. After back and forth with support it was determined to be an issue with the configuration. Still waiting on a fix.

Great product. Easy configuration and ordering; decently fast shipping. The only hitch was that the operating system was partly messed up out of the box. Reloaded the os and everything is fine.

I have been a System76 customer for years - I've owned 4 laptops and a Meerkat. All of them are still going strong. The Pangolin 15 is on a whole new level though. Incredible metal build, big beautiful anti-reflective screen, killer keyboard, awesome trackpad with physical buttons, a privacy killswitch, plenty of ports, a smokin' AMD Ryzen 9 processor, and better-than-previous-models speakers! Thank you System76 - keep up the great work!

You guys hit it out of the park. For me, the single biggest feature was the hardware quality. The OS was nice, but I've been an arch user for years and switched it out. That too was painless because the hardware was well chosen. When I made the build vs buy decision, it was the issue of uncertainty WRT compatibility and how much research time I was willing to put in that made me go with buy. Glad I did.
