I placed two orders with them in October. At that time my mailbox was stolen by election result riots. One of the packages I received an automatic refund for. The second order was split into two for shipping, and I was automatically refunded for one of them. I guess I would assume that they would refund the second part of that order automatically as they did the first two. They didn't, and when I contacted them I was told there was absolutely nothing they were willing to do about it, regardless of the fact that the suits had NOT BEEN SHIPPED in the first place. Suuuuper impressed. NOT. I don't have a problem with their suits or site, but their customer service is SH*TE.

I placed an order recently for a substantial amount of sale swimsuits and dresses for vacation and when I went to the checkout the total was $144 which was fine. Within seconds my visa debit card was charged over $200. When I looked at the invoice, it was showed that the $144 was in US funds, not CDN. Right away I went into the swimsuits for all website and emailed the company that I wanted to cancel my order. As I waited for response I went into their chat section and the man in customer service that I was chatting with told me, "rest assured that it was blatantly stated that all prices were in US funds" so not only did he insinuate that I was a liar, he kept repeating over and over that "my order was in shipping and that he had no way to cancel my order" I will never order from this company again and I will be sure to tell all my friends not to order from this company!! Horrible customer service and extremely dishonest company values!!

I have been purchasing swimsuits from Swimsuitsforall.com for a long time, 10 years or more. Once I figured out what fit best, I ordered these type of suits, mostly for deep water work outs. High fronts with or without a clasp. Longitude or Beach Belle and Delta Burke in plus size 20. Most of the suits were good. I still have to do alterations on them because my top is bigger than bottom. I prefer one piece for workouts. Ordering has never been a big problem, a few glitches here and there and returns have gone pretty well, considering I live in Canada. My biggest beef is the sizing of the same size suit I have been buying for this long time. The manufacturer is skimping on the fabric they are using and I have noticed, because I have lost weight. I am still wearing the same size, but have noticed the suits are tighter. So come on! Smarten up and give me back what I have been buying regularly for a long time.

I placed an order online for two bathing suits. The first time I entered my information and tired to process the payment it said an error occurred...Knowing there was plenty of cash to cover the payment, I noticed they had put the shipping address in the billing address section, that was different, so I changed that and processed the payment again...It said an error occurred again, so I thought maybe I put the wrong card number in....I mean I was like 5am. Tried again same thing happened. By this point I check my Chase acct and noticed they had charged me all three times meanwhile telling me there was an error. I called customer service and got a compassionless and unhelpful person on the phone who said they didn't see anything on there end and had not had any other calls or complaints about their online billing system and to call my bank! Thank goodness I have a good bank and was able to stop payment on all three charges....BUYER BEWARE!!!! If your order goes through good luck! If you get your order I sure hope you don't need help because you will not get it!

Ordered 2x bathing suits, and 1 came in with a different color, model and style altogether - black instead of GRAPE! Victor was the supervisor I spoke with, and he was terrible. They made a mistake, but won't do anything to correct it! That's their policy...Well, that's the last order they'll see from us!

Honestly this has been the worst online shopping experience I have had in memory. I have contacted once by phone and twice by email and all three times I have not had my issues resolved. SFA overcharged me (still to be resolved), sent me 2 of a product I did not order and the people I dealt with via phone and email were completely useless in firstly understanding my issue and secondly resolving it. Received email stating 30% off and 3 day shipping on us! What a joke. . . Items on website already discounted due to this is September or so I thought. No, according to the company the 30% advertised was already deducted from the full retail price. So instead of getting an additional 30% off as most of the stores are doing for the end of the season I ended up paying $46.79 for a cover up with shipping. Yes I was charged for shipping. So beware of the company's ads.

The bathing suit was apparently out of stock but they let the sale go through and said the order was in process. Having not received it on the estimated date I gave it a couple extra days before calling and found out it was outhe of stock. No email saying that so I guess I was supposed to sit and wait for it. Had to call and cancel the order and just hope I will get my money back.
