I bought 6 bathing suits from Swimsuitsforall and paid for them on my credit card. They arrived stuffed in a plastic bag. They were poor quality and were sized incorrectly. I returned them all using a shipping label and received an e gift card. The problem is you can only use the egift card on their website-no where else! I found a couple of other bathing suits and ordered them using the egift card. When they arrived again they were poorly sized and I returned them using my own shipping label following instructions on the back of the invoice which stated if you used your own shipping label you would get your return credit on your credit card. I checked off that box to get the credit on my credit card. Well, today I found out my credit went to the ecard after I returned everything as they requested with my own shipping label which cost me $12.50!! I called them today to get this order returned to my credit card and not the ecard and they argued that the credit card was not my original method of payment!!! They were nasty and yelled at me that I should read the website before I buy anything from them. I want this money returned to my credit card! They are really terrible with any customer service. BEWARE!!!!

Buyer beware!! Check the FINE PRINT - as they participate in a less-than-scrupulous activity of subscribing you to a magazine!

I placed two orders and when I received them I tried everything on. I kept a few items from each order and returned the rest. I read the fine print and did EVERYTHING properly. The items were unworn (except for trying them on, which you have to do), unwashed, tags were on, swimsuit liners were in place. I paid for the return shipping ($22!!! and that was after the website said I would get free shipping for the orders, which I didn't...but I let it slide since I was so busy) so that I would receive a refund on my card. I received two emails, one for each order stating ZERO refund for all seven (7) items because of reason "other". When I called the company the woman said "other" meant I "didn't meet the return guidelines". WHAT?!? Are you kidding me? I did follow the guidelines. To the letter. I escalated the call to someone else who said that it showed "pending" in their system and it would take five (5) MORE business days to process it (even though it appeared processed). I told him (Victor ID#30962) I did everything properly (he said he believed me) and asked what the reason is. He couldn't give me one. I then asked what their general policy is if they determine that something isn't returned properly...do they keep my money and the items? He couldn't answer me. Seriously? You're going to keep my money and not give me back the items? That sounds shady!. They better refund me my money!!!! UPDATE: They gave me a credit on an e-gift card for both refunds...that's not right. I paid for return shipping so that I would receive a refund on my credit card. Sigh. Orders #170427-CTBKQ and 170424-KTUAS. UPDATE: They refunded my money to my credit card. Thank you!

I also returned item and it has been 2 months since and I have not heard back from them or received a refund. I do not want any type of "gift card" but requested a credit to my CC. If I don't receive a credit I will NEVER order from them again and will tell all my friends not to order from this co. HR do you really want this type of PR ?? SJR Portland, OR

Sent items for a refund paying my own shipping, after 2 weeks I contacted them about the refund was told it was being processed after 10 more days I contacted them again and was told I was issued a gift card. I was them told that they could issue me a refund less the shipping, I paid my own shipping from the beginning so I could get a refund. This company has no interest in giving you your money back.

Strange size chart. Deliver took longer than expected but quality of bathing suit is great. although it didnt fit. will return!!

i have been buying from s4a for 4-5 years and have always had a good experience until this year. i have had so many problems with them; from having difficulty seeing all items on their website, not being able to add an item to my cart (multiple times), not being able to use their customer service link, talking to a "supervisor" about a problem with a purchase and having her tell me she would put notes in my file for an extra discount and when i tried to get the discount all they would give me was the price on the website and free shipping, having a "customer service rep" tell me she was actually a TELEMARKETER representing s4a. it seems to me that this company has gone some changes since last year. I AM DONE WITH THEM!!!

I ordered from BC Canada and received my items 2 weeks from date of purchase. I didn't have to return anything because I carefully read the size chart which I found to be very close to "true to fit". I ordered a size up just in case and all 5 swimsuits fit perfectly! The quality is good-sewn well/lined etc...I read a lot of bad reviews and I think people have to learn to be realistic about their actual size. People need to understand that swimsuits ( like wedding dresses) tend to size a bit smaller. Most of the bad reviews seem to be from trying to return items. Ordering carefully can prevent this! I will continue to order from this site and recommend it out all my friends! FYI I am an 18 on top and 20 on the bottom. I purchased size 20 tops and 22 bottoms for the 2 piece suits and size 20 for the one piece suits.
