I purchased several items on sale from Swimsuits for All, which showed up in my bag as $178.69, but I saw this morning that they charged my credit card $287.00. I don't typically object to paying $100-150 for a good suit but I do object to not getting the price shown. It had been less than 24 hours since I placed my order but they refused to cancel the order, apparently they don't do cancellations after 1 hour. So to get a refund I'll have to pay for a return once I receive the package. (I could apparently also refuse delivery if in the US, unfortunately as I'm an oversea government employee, I use an FPO box so I can't.) Their business practice is deeply dishonest, I strongly recommend against doing business with them.

Love Swimsuits for all. I've ordered many things from them. Good quality no hassle on returns. I recommend them to all my friends.

If it doesnt' fit, you pay for returns. They do NOT give refunds. they give you credit. BUT, you have to Keep the email with the credit number on it. If you lose that, you won't get your credit back. I bought a 2 piece suit. The top is a bright floral print. Within 6 months of getting it, the front half of the suit is completely faded, with no bright colors. The waist band and back of the suit are still bright. An obvious defect in the material. They refused to do anything because it is past 3 months. A gradual fading doesn't happen that quick. That's probably why they use 3 months - so they don't need to offer refunds. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Normally I have no problem with this company. This past order, never shipped when they said it did, so I called and the person I spoke to was very nice. He cancelled the first order and reordered my items at a discount and had them shipped 2 day. Well it's now 9 days since I ordered and still don't have any merchandise. All the customer service representatives can say now is that my order is in processing. What the heck? The summer will be over before I receive this order. Terrible service. I don't know what happened to them but I will NEVER order from them again and neither should you.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. It was my second order. I placed it via mobile. I meant to order one item and throughout the order process, I couldn't see exactly what I was ordering or the amount. When I got the confirm back, I could see that several items that I had been browsing were on there. So I tried to call right away (6:13 am). They were closed. I sent an email right away. I called at 7 am and was told that I couldn't cancel because it wasn't within the hour. It was! So I asked to speak to a manager. They gave me nonsense about they have to send email to the brand (I thought they were the brand! I guess they use a third party for servicing - which what we get is HORRIBLE!) and the email was going to the marketing department. (No wonder they can't cancel the order if the email is going to the marketing department ...) The order was a lot of money, and now I have to wait for them to ship it ... and me to ship it back... and hopefully get the money back whenever. I really liked what I saw on the website. But now, I will never shop with them again.

Ordered my swimsuit and had to pay for shipping which promised me that my swimsuit will be delivered within 6-11 days. It has been 3 weeks, close to 1 month now and the shipment status is not being updated. When I contacted their customer services, they told me that they MUST wait for 25 days to declare parcel lost. I was promised 6-11 days. NOT 25 days. And now, I am going on a vacation without a bathing suit. Not to forget, when I asked them for alternative solution, there is no replies....... will never order from them again!

An update on my previous review below: Customer service has shipped the correct item at no cost. I wish I had seen these reviews BEFORE I ordered two bathing suits via phone for my vacation. They arrived today, and one of the tops is incorrect. It does not match the bottoms they sent. I called customer service and spoke with a Jackie who was unapologetic. Her supervisor, Heba, offered to ship the item overnight and charge me for both the item and the overnight shipping. Mind you, this is THEIR mistake. I asked for her supervisor. After keeping me on hold for 20 minutes, I was told that all the supervisors were in a meeting. RIGHT. This is how you do business? The SKU number doesn't match what I ordered and neither does the item.

I've been desperately trying to get an extremely simple sizing question answered and the first two reps who've responded haven't been able to actually answer (do they even read the question??). My bra size is 34DD. Their size chart indicates that their DD sized tops start at a 44" chest measurement, and is a size 18. That does not sound right (maybe they have their own sizing system?) so I've been seeking clarification. Two email responses so far have failed to answer in a way that indicates they've even read the question. That's how I ended up here, wondering if the company is even legit... if it's true that they think that only sizes 18+ can wear DD cup, they need to rethink their name.
