I made a return to the company in Nov 2015, they issued me a store credit. I waiting until April 2016, when I was taking my next vacation, looked at their site didn't find anything I wanted and requested a refund of $198. I have called their "Customer service" line 6 times, each time I am told a different refund amount, and that they need to request it from their corporate office, and I will be hearing back from them. NOTHNG! I also have 4 emails stating the same thing! The latest is from last week, stting that they refund is for $150.45 and will be refunded from corporate right away. Today I called and was told that the credit was posted to my bank and the bank was holding the funds, I called my bank and they laughed & said they wouldn't do that. I do not trust this company & placed a complaint with the BBB.

"I went into the shop to buy 1 bikini.. When i wanted to pay it keept saying ERROR, so i tried again and again... Little did i know that they charged me for 6 bikinis!!!! and the worst part was that i never recieved any order confirmation or was redirected to a "thank you for your order page"... They reserved 600 dollars on my card, without me buying ANYTHING. I talked to the costumer service severel times, where i was told the resevation would be anulled within 4 days, but since i never got any order confirmation, there was almost nothing they could do,... WELL IT IS YOUR WEBSHOP ISNT IT? AND YOU RESERVED MONEY ON MY CARD WITHOUT ME BUYING ANYTHING FROM YOU!!! I talked to my bank, who said it is illegal for them to anull the reservation, without the store confirming it should be deleted. I have now emailed the store severel times, and they still haven't written to my bank, even though i gave them the email. Now i have to wait up to 1 month, because they have some serious webshop problems, and trust me – I'm a web developer, i know.

The product itself? Good. Absolutely everything else? HORRIBLE. The site is confusing and you can't go to a page without pop-up ads, they make you give an email address to even look (and I kid you not, will spam you with about 9 emails a day), and most of their suits are not sold as separates--even though they arrive and are billed as separates. All of this I could deal with, if customer service wasn't so poor. You have to pay for shipping and returns... and it adds up to a LOT. I paid over $24 in shipping costs alone. Yes, they'll pay for return shipping if you do store credit, but I personally never order just one thing at a time--especially when I have to pay $9 in shipping and wait eight business days for it to arrive. So my order ends up being $300 to try on a few swimsuits. I don't need that many swimsuits! The swimsuits were meh, I would have returned them all if I wasn't so enraged that I'd be out $24 just for using their site (not to mention all driving to the post office and filling out their stupid return labels). Bottom line: this company tricks its consumers into trying to buy more for their product.

I was worried about sizing as I'm not a plus size. I took my measurements as instructed and landed right in between size 8 and 10. I ordered two size 10 bikinis, I don't have a perfect body and never wear a bikini, but this is for a tropical vacation so I took a risk. It did take one week to arrive (free shipping) but the suits fit perfect. They are sexy and age appropriate at the same time. I wish I could buy more as these ate the best suits in my closet.

I was planning a trip with my boyfriend and realized that all of my old suits were very outdated. Time for a refresh! There are so many different options for so many different body types. I have some issues in the tummy region and I had no problem finding the perfect high waisted bikini to cover what I need! It makes me feel sexy, strong and confident! I would absolutely recommend this site to a friend, overall a great experience!

I recently purchased a couple of tankini tops for my vacation, and I am beyond impressed by the quality of these suits. I bought the Maui Tie Front Halter Tankini and Rosewood Tie Front Halter Tankini, both of which are stunning - they look just like the picture, except better! They're vibrant and the fabric is sturdy, but not too heavy. I am always skeptical about ordering separates because you can never be sure if the fit will be right, but these sizes are spot on. I am a size 14 and broad-shouldered, and these tops were flattering on my figure, as they both highlighted my bust and concealed my tummy, which is exactly what I was looking for! These tanks are great if you want the perfect amount of coverage without looking like you're wearing clothes on the beach to go swimming. I will definitely be stocking up soon. A friend of mine recommended this site to me for cute, affordable swimsuits. I have to say, I had a really great experience. I love that they offer some suits with lots coverage, but others that are sexier. You really could buy your whole swimsuit wardrobe from this site. After browsing for a bit, I picked out a few suits I really liked, but had a few questions about which size to buy. I reached out to customer service and they were pretty helpful. I got the suits a few days later and was really pleased. I wore them on vacation this past month and I felt just as cute, if not cuter, than anyone else there. I highly recommend this site and will be shopping again soon!

I ordered a swimsuit in May and returned in within a few days. As of today 6/22/15 I still have not been refunded my money. I made several calls and spoke with several people telling me the same line, that my money was refunded and to check with my bank. I did that more than once and the money still hasn't been refunded to my account. Several more phone calls and they say someone will call me back. As of today, I have never received a call from them nor have they answered my emails. This company his dishonest and I would never buy from them again. Buyer be ware of Swim Suites For All.
