DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They are crooks. I placed an order and the suit did not fit. I sent it back and they gave me credit minus shipping. I told the guy I talked to that I do not want e-credit. I want my money back. He convinced me to try again and if it did not work they would refund my money. Well the second suit did not fit either. They now charge me shipping again and put the balance on e-credit. I talked to management and they basically say TOUGH: you can give your e credit away if you don’t want to use it. Why would I wish this company on a friend! I plan to plaster this on Facebook, Twitter and any place else I can think of. Help me run them out of business.CROOKS

The suits I received were nice, but just didn’t work for me. I returned using the included label and much to my surprise (as other shopper’s review I’m now reading) was issued an eGift card rather than a refund in my original payment method. I called customer service and explained this is not standard for other companies and would like this refunded to my card and that I was happy to deduct the shipping cost as is standard. They did refund my card minus a $6.95 shipping fee which was acceptable to me

Well can't review suit yet it's on a cross country tour! This place is a joke! Never again and customer service really this is the epitome of customer service. Stay away read the terrible reviews they have all over the internet. Will expecting to stay in business too much longer with their poor customer service and crappy shipping..

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a swimsuit using their size chart received it and it didn’t fit. I went through their exchange procedure and was issued an e-gift card instead of a credit after ordering the replacement. Thought fine I’ll order another suit. Same thing happened. I called and explained what happened the first time as I needed a credit to original credit card used for exchange, was told a credit would be issued when they received the swimsuit being exchanged. Again a gift card was issued! It’s nearly impossible to get the correct size and they will never credit the original payment method always an e-gift card. I now have 4 swimsuits and an e-gift card and am out way too much money. Spoke with Angela a supervisor and she just said too bad.

Their customer service is PATHETIC as well as their antiquated shipping policies. Who In this day and age charges a small fortune for shipping and returns? I returned my Poorly sized suit over 2 weeks ago. The 1st time I spoke to customer service, they assured me that if the suit was not received by 04/20, I should contact them and they would get the ball rolling for my return. Total lie! I’ve contacted them twice and both times I got a form letter response which basically said my return hadn’t been received yet, they LIED about the date I put my return in the mail for shipping and basically told me I am S.O.L..I tried explaining my situation that I am leaving for vacation in a week, what the 1st CS agent had promised, that I’m a disabled woman on a limited income and because I made my initial purchase with them, I don’t have the funds to just purchase another suit from another company and now I do not have a bathingsuit for my upcoming vacation that I have saved for years to go on. Absolutely ZERO COMPASSION from this horrid company. Save your money and buy from a reputable company that doesn’t lie to its customers, charge a small fortune for shipping and returns and values you as a customer. *just to give you an idea of my ridiculous shipping and return timeline... 03/31/2018 placed order 04/02/2018 order shipped 04/07/2018 order received 04/07/2018 return shipped 04/22/2018 ...AND STILL WAITING FOR RETURN TO BE RECEIVED!!! thanks S4A for causing me unneeded stress and leaving me without a suit for my vacation.

Absolutely horrible shipping and customer service policies. If you order standard shipping it takes 4-5 weeks to arrive. I placed an order on April 9 and paid for three day shipping. I leave on vacation April 21 and figured 12 days was more than enough time to receive my item with 3 day shipping for my trip. When I got the confirmation for shipping email it showed the suit would not be arriving until May 2, more than 3 weeks after I placed the order! I contacted customer service in which they emailed me a response saying they accidentally shipped it ground and would refund the shipping fees. That doesn't do me any good as I ordered the swimsuit for the upcoming vacation. I called customer service in which they said there wasn't a mistake it's just that they don't offer three day shipping to where I live which is hawaii. When I asked why she said because it is considered international. Are you serious? She said there wasn't a single thing she could do. No apology, no explanation, instead it was more of oh well too bad. I asked to speak to someone else in which her response was "everyone else will tell you the same thing". She finally got someone who said he was a manager and all he kept saying was "sorry but we can't give you a refund or do anything about it. Hawaii is international shipping." When I explained that I won't even be home when the suit arrives as I will be on vacation and no one will be able to get the package that should have been here tomorrow, his response was "can't you find someone to help you? There's absolutely nothing we can do. Three day shipping isn't available to hawaii because it's considered international shipping." Absolutely no help. If three day shipping wasn't available to hawaii why did they allow it as an option, why did they just ship the order standard without contacting me to inform me of their error and their policy and to see if I still wanted the item? I will never use them again. Their lack of professionalism in handling issues and concerns are the worst I have ever encountered with a company. I wonder if Ashley Graham knows about this scam and supports it? I will definitely stick with Venus Swimwear which is based out of Florida and gets me my product in two days. **update as of 4/25/18. My package has been sitting in Chino, California for 9 days since 4/17/18 according to Fedex tracking. Unbelievable. Has not moved once.

Return policy stinks. You have to pay for returns if you want it credited to your CC. Otherwise, they give you an E-card. Bye Bye Swimsuits for all. Not customer friendly at all.

I ordered two bikinis from the Swimsuits For All website on 12 March which still haven’t arrived. I paid over $20 for international delivery. I was told it would take 6-11 days. On 27 March I contacted a customer service assistant on facebook messenger. They said: "Your order shows as having shipped on 03/15. It is expected to be delivered by 03/22." Of course, this was not the case. When I messaged again on 30 March, they said the package had actually been shipped on the 20 March (8 days after I placed my order). It is now 3 April and there are no updates on the order. My vacation is next week :( I haven't got time to buy another swimsuit, and swimsuits for all cannot do anything until April 12. Feeling very disappointed!
