Swimsuits For AllReviews of swimsuitsforall.com

DO NOT EVER EVER EVER BUY from this company. They have the worst customer service. They refuse to correct their mistakes, they ship the wrong item and then refuse the correct their error that they themselves made. it takes an act of God to get them to correct it and when they do correct they correct it wrong and refuse to correct their error again. They stole my money from me and refuse to correct their mistake. Please save yourself the heartache of dealing with this company they are EVIL, they cannot be trusted and you'd be better off spending your money at a reputable website such as Uniquevintage.com DON'T BUY FROM THESE SHADY PEOPLE EVER!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE- RETURNS ARE 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPPING NOT FROM WHEN YOU ACTUALLY GET THE ITEM. I WAS TWO DAYS LATE FROM THE SHIP DATE AND THREE DAYS EARLY FROM THE DATE I ACTUALLY RECEIVED THE MERCHANDISE AND THEY REFUSED TO RETURN MY TWO ITEMS. YOU WOULD THINK THAT THEY WOULD WANT TO KEEP ME AS A CUSTOMER. I WILL BE SHOPPING AT VENUS SWIMWEAR FROM NOW ON. loads of bad reviews for swimsuits for all... wish I had looked..

Purchased a chlorine resistant 2 piece swimsuit. Used 6 times in 2 months. Color is completely faded. Called company to explain situation. Told I had 60 days from time of purchase to exchange. Did not receive swimsuit until 10 days after purchase. They used every excuse possible to disallow any type of customer satisfaction. Told me that swimsuit is not chlorine impervious!!! Offered to sell me another swimsuit, same price, but would waive shipping. No thanks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bad quality. I bought a really cute coverup. I recieved it only day before I was leaving for vacation. I hand washed it did not wring it you just hung it up and let it drip dry. We I went to pack it in my suitcase I noticed more tan a few places where the stitching was coming out in the front. So I added a few stitches figured it wasn't a big deal. Then turned it around when we got to our destination and the back was just as bad. Very poor quality work and cheaply made.

Received a swim dress wore it 2 hours when the under wire broke through the top. I was told to return the suit with panty liner and tags intact. Well I wore it 2 hours hotel trash was emptied. Who wears a panty liner and tags on a swim suit. Even with that I would be imposed a $7.50 charge to return the item. Also they will not accept negative reviews on the web site making this extremely deceptive

Have been ordering from SFA for 2 years. I will never order from them again. Had a problem with a CR top It faded from purple to white. After a month. The bottoms did not fade at all. Talked to CS and emailed them 2 times, talked to Rebecca a supervisor and got no where. All they did was repeat the same lines that I'm sure they were reading off a piece of paper. She gave me the Communication phone number at Headquaters and they have never called me back. Called again after 9 days and still nothing. They say that Customer's are their number 1 priority! This is not true. After reading all of these reviews how do they stay in business. There are over 30 ladies in our water aerobics class, they are not happy about how this was handled. SFA you should be ashamed of yourself.

Finally I can say I ordered a swimsuit online and it fit! I ordered a size larger and it's a little roomy but comfortable. I know now I can order my actual size and it will fit! Also it has a nice bra built in. This is my 3rd online swimsuit and it was a charm! I will definitely recommend to my friends.

Do NOT order from this company!! I ordered a suit from them, it took them two weeks to process my return. Then, instead of returning the order back to my original form of payment, when I called to inquire about where my money was, I was told I would receive an e-giftcard (that never expires) because I used their return label. I never received an e-mail or a return slip via the mail with the e-gift card number. Fast forward to now and I can't use the e-giftcard because they only retain those records for 90 days. So, I paid Swimsuits for all $45 for an ill-fitting swimsuit that I returned!! Customer service was less than helpful or useful. Terrible experience all the way around. Swimsuits for all is a bunch of crooks!!!
