I ordered 2 suits and a cover up. The fit could not have been any more perfect . And the quality of the suits were better than I expected . I couldn't be happier with my order .So glad I ordered I almost didn't cause I didn't know anything about the company but the selection was so awesome and to be able to mix and match buy tops and bottoms seperate and all the stuff I ordered was on sale so the price was extremely reasonable . Would recommend to anyone of any shape or size .

I purchased 4 bathing suits and a cover-up from this site. I returned three bathing suits. They refunded me for one bathing suit and sent the other two back saying they were used/worn - they both still had tags on them, were in plastic bags and were in the exact condition they came in, considering, I sent them back the day after they were received. I have emailed them repeatedly and get very responses which have nothing to do with my email.

I placed an order with the understanding that they had an easy exchange policy to help you find the right item. They say that if you return an item for store credit, the return shipping is free. However, the catch is that when you fill out the return form, you have to list the order number of what you're purchasing in exchange--meaning you have to purchase the second order with your own money, not the store credit you're getting for your return. So by the time you get the store credit, you've already paid out of your own pocket for the second item and no longer need the store credit. I made two of these exchanges and both times had to contact them to switch the method of payment from gift card to a credit card refund. The second time they tried to deduct the cost of shipping from the return amount, but after I wrote them saying I believed it was unethical for them to do so, they gave me the full amount. The reason I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 1 star is because I did find a swimsuit I liked, eventually, and because they made it right in the end by giving me my money back. But they really need to change their exchange policy to be more fair, or stop advertising it in such a misleading way.

Ugh. I wish Id read this site before giving them a try. A friend recommended the store. I ordered on July 3, they just shipped today, 6 days later, and estimated delivery date is the 17th?! Two weeks from the order date? I won’t have anything for my trip on Friday, and I ordered 6 suits to try, and am horrified reading these reviews about returns. Live and learn. I should have done more research into the company.

I ordered a swimsuit and returned it because it didn’t fit and expected to get my money back. Instead, I get an e-gift card. I decided to try one more time to get the right fit. It didn’t work either so I sent that suit back and expected a refund. I clearly marked that’s what I wanted. I get another e-gift card for less than what I had paid for the swimsuit. They refuse to refund my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I should have looked here first. Return policy is outrageous - use the suppled label and get free shipping ONLY if you agree to a e-gift card. If you want a refund you have to create your own label, ship it yourself AND pay a $7.50 restocking fee. Wow......

They lead you to believe that they have free returns when they don't. The website and the provided return label are misleading and it appears that they are intentionally misleading their customers. On top of that, their sizing is way off, the quality is poor and they claim to make sizing for every body, however, they are not suitable for small curvy girls at all. I wouldn't order from them unless you are sure that their suits will work for you, or you will end up throwing money down the toilet on the returns. I have never heard of an online swimsuit company before that charges for returns. I will never purchase from them again. On top of that, their customer service was rude and unhelpful and the return took two weeks to process.

Chlorine resistant swim suit faded after a few wearing. Would not rectify nor refund. This is clearly false advertising. Finding out that others have had the same experience. Need to be sued.
