BEWARE this company is untrustworthy! I loved Ashley Graham and decided to try her swimsuits so I ordered 2swimsuit tops 1 bottom and a cover up. When I received my package the company had sent 2 of the exact same tops(so I was charged for an extra top I didn’t order) the other top was the wrong size, and the cover up was so cheaply made it literally fell apart the first time I wore it. I call customer service they say that if I return it I can have a gift card but to get a refund I would have to pay to have it shipped back which I did even though it was a mistakes made on Swimsuitsforall behalf. So I paid $14.92 to ship the swimsuit tops back to Swimsuitsforall for a refund back into my checking account. A few days later I received an email that the money would be refunded back into my account within 72 hours. I waited and no refund, so I call the companies customer service center again (same guy) and they told me that they had refunded the money I proceed to tell them no you have not. They ask me am I sure that this is the card I bought the swimsuits on(as I sit and look at my online banking statement showing the transaction) YES, I’m 100% positive. Then they change their story and it was def. refunded on their end and say it is an issue on my banks end. I say ok but I know this is not true because Regions is the absolute best at getting your money into your account with 24hrs at the most as well as protecting their customers. Sooo, I call my banker and there is absolutely NO REFUND made to my account at all from this company even though they sent me emails showing a refund transaction was made. I feel not only scammed and stolen from but also like I need to cancel my debit card. ****PROTECT YOURSELVES FROM THIS HAPPENING TO YOU!!****

I ordered for the first time. It was exactly as the description said it was. It fits me perfectly. I'm so happy. Thank you

Do not order from this company there return policies is unscrupulous. Quality is way below standards and coveralls are cheap see thru materials plus there sizes vary. Customers pay for there junk.

Super disappointing—bought a 16 based on my measurements but this top runs small. I’m a 38/40 c/d depending on the cut but this tankini is very fitted. So disappointing, it will be going back. I am trying the exchange policy but feeling frustrated for first time customer. Their help with exchange on the phone was nice.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I got my first order, it didn't fit at all and the support in the bust was seriously lacking so I sent back to get a refund and was given a gift card instead. (It should be noted that the way they handle returns and exchanges is confusing and I can't imagine that's an accident.) I should have raised a fuss, but instead I decided I would try again. Big mistake. On my second order, the sizing was even worse. I contacted Swimsuits For All to tell them the situation and see what could be done to get me something that wasn't multiple sizes too big. I make clothing, so I know how to measure, but the measurements don't line up. The response I got was that it was too late to get my money back because I had used the gift card (surprise, surprise). So I sent another message saying that the last person had only told me I couldn't get my money back, but didn't address issues I raised about sizing or shipping times (since I was trying to get something before I went on vacation). Their response? Sorry, since you used the gift cards, you can't get your money back. No assistance on how to get something that fits or whether or not they could get me something else in time for my trip. So then I called and the person tried to give me a hard time about my measurements because I always use a 2 in window for sizing to give me an idea of where I fit. This is not unreasonable and reflects the constant shifts of bodies based on bloating, meal size, etcetera. Then they went to talk to a specialist and the advice from the specialist was that I guess I just need to figure it out. No mention or offer of any sort of discount, express shipping, assistance with sizes. Just, "well, if is was six inches too big, then take of a size for every two inches and that might work." They told me that different suits fit different ways and so those size charts don't necessarily reflect what you'll get or need. The incompetence is next level and now I'm stuck with a stupid gift card. Lucky me, I get to try on swimsuits through the mail while they sit around on their thumbs making sub par swim suits. What a crock. Please don't buy from them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. So last year I got a swimsuit from Swimsuits for all. I thought free returns that’s cool. God knows you have to try on a thousand before u find one that fits. I ordered two different ones,kept one and returned the other one. Now you can choose between paying like $10 for a restocking fee and having the rest of your money refunded or you can choose store credit and keep the full amount. So I did the store credit. It showed up in my acct for the full refund amount. I didn’t get another suit as they didn’t have anymore in my size that I liked. So they say they say the store credit never expires. Cool. Go to use it this weekend to get another one and the credit is gone from my acct. I contacted them and they said that I need the original email that has the e gift card number on it to use my credit bc they only keep the refund on your acct for 90 days then they delete it and u have to use the e-gift card to redeem. I told them I assumed u were like every other company that just applies credit to your acct and u use it whenever. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!! They have the amount I was issued but refuse to give it to me bc I don’t have the e-gift card number from the original email!! That I deleted a year ago!! So I told them as u can see I have never purchased anything else so obviously I never used the gift card balance, so there has to be a way to issue me a new one. AGAIN THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.!! For a company that makes money Hand over Fist they have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD!! I am now out my hard earned money bc I didn’t save an email from a year ago. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

It’s taking a week after I purchased my items to receive and I paid for 3 business day delivery. I leave for vacation on Monday evening and I won’t be able to take these items with me. What’s even more ridiculous is that I paid an extra $11.99 for 3 business day shipping after spending a large amount only to have wait an entire WEEK? This shipping is misleading and I will be leaving other reviews online for this business. Not acceptable to mislead your consumers. I will never buy from here again.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. Have exchanged items with no problem!! But when I ask for refund Swimsuits For All charged me 50% from my refund!! I will NEVER order from them again !!
