Swimsuits For AllReviews of swimsuitsforall.com

Do NOT order from here!!! Terrible customer service & in order to get your money back as a refund & not an e credit to buy more crap they will charge you $7.50 of your money to get YOUR money back!!! Do NOT order from here!!!

I ordered from Swim4all my item did not fit. I called twice, chatted twice and was told in order to submit a return that I needed a return label. I never received the return label so I called again. They told me that the labels were behind still never received. Called again and was told that I did not need labels for a return only an exchange. Now that i am aware that I don't need labels my 60 days will expire in 2 days. Spoke with supervisor and he was very rude told me he can say whatever he wants very unprofessional.

Let me start by saying I ordered 11 items in 6 months. One of the chlorine resistant capri pants became sheer in the butt crack area after 3 months. I decided to let this go. The thing that really got me was a pair of swim capris that I had only wore 4 or 5 times for my aqua aerobics class. I noticed there was over an inch long hole in the crotch seam. These capris were within the 60 day return time period, but since they had been worn they would not accept them for return. I tried explaining the quality of their product should be able to be worn more than a handful of times. I wasn’t even asking for my money back, I was only asking for a replacement. The only thing I was offered was 15% off. Great, I got 15% off something I can’t use. They would not budge! I will never order from them again.

I ordered two suits, same style different colors. They were $15.00 a piece. There was a promo for an extra 25% off already reduced price. I applied the promo code when checking out and it indicated it had been applied, but it wasn’t. My order should have been $7.50 less than what I was invoiced. I still got a deal, but if you are going to advertise a promo code and then not apply it that is bad business. I emailed customer service. I got the generic response that I would hear from them regarding my inquiry. To date I have yet to hear from anyone and it has been a week.

Canadians beware! I ordered 2 sets of swimsuits.($100 with shipping)First,I had to pay close to $ 50 for duties and taxes. Than I was instructed by their customer service rep to send the bottoms back and it will be exchanged.Cost$20 to ship it back. Received an email that they processing my refund. I emailed back that I don't want a refund, want the exchange. "Sorry, not available to international customers". By this time I ordered another suit. Since it was not shipped yet,I asked them to cancel. "Sorry no changes can be made". Really, but you can add to the orders and change it if you spend more money. Swimsuits look nice. Better then what we can buy here. Never will order from this company again

Rude customer service. My order was automatically cancelled because employees didnt get to email in time. The rep I spoke with said it happens all the time, poor sould sounded absolutely thrilled about working for the company. Clearly they are bigger problems. Nice looking swimsuits but I will never order from them again.

Just received my swimsuit. Very good quality, fits beautifully, support excellent, I am extremely pleased with the quick delivery. All for just $15.00. Thank you.

I returned a tankini. The new size was sent to me however the cost of the “exchange” was $11 more than the original purchase. Additionally, I was charged return shipping for the exchange. Therefore the difference was more than $18. Buyers, realize that when you need a different size or if you choose to return an item it will be cost prohibitive for you to shop with this store
