Canadians beware...do not order from this company!!! I ordered swimwear and cover-ups from them on December 30, 2019. I paid international priority express shipping cost. The order never arrived and after contacting them three times, finally on January 17, they said the parcel never left the USPS receiving in Chicago, never went through customs and must be lost. They did reimburse me, but now my vacation is 4 days away and what do I wear to the beach next week? Well, that is not their problem, apparently. They will not send a replacement by courier, they will do nothing. Very poor customer service. Will never use this company again.

I have ordered swimsuits in the past and had no troubles..I ordered one on clearance and got a card a month later telling me it was backordered..fine...then I recieved another card saying it was out another month so I called. The customer service rep told me that they had reordered and it was scheduled to be delivered...today I got another card that said the order was cancelled. I called and got a supervisior in customer service...Oh our service would thought it was coming....so sorry end of conversation...please be very careful here..

Returned items due to poor quality. I paid for shipping and took a chance because their website lists free returns. I was given an electronic gift card after my return was received. Contacted customer service saying I do not want a gift card and they responded by telling me I can get my original payment back but $7.50 will be subtracted for a "return fee". After searching the website I could not find any mention of this but customer service claimed it was stated on the prepaid return label I used to send the swimsuits back. Ended up paying about 15$ to try on some poor quality over priced swimsuits.

How I had wish that I had found this website before I purchased 3 swim and choose from this company. They have they worst product I have ever encountered my suit faded out in less than 2 weeks time period there are sales and coupon codes or a joke Their customer service is even worse if there was a way to give 0 stars or a way to closers company down I would be all for it. Walmart Dollar General any body sales a better product and at least stands behind their product better than this company look out stay away please read this I hope before you do like I did and waste your money

Watch out for “discount” codes. I tried to purchase a bunch of items. The company advertised for an “additional 35 percent off” using a code. When I added the code, it said that it had expired even though the website said the code was working for two more hours. The exclusions section was very unclear- it said the code may be excluded from a variety of products- new products, clearance, some designers, etc. It definitely was not clear what would be excluded. I talked to the customer service rep and said the code was not working. She asked me if the items were excluded. I proceeded to tell her that I would have no idea since the exclusion clause was unclear and there was no way for me to tell. I got no answer- the chat was disconnected. No email response sent (which they have). Waste of my time. Don’t buy from these con artists

I have ordered from Swimsuits for All before. The first swimsuit fit perfect yet started coming apart at the seams after 3 months. Luckily I sew and was able to repair. On the second order both suits were a tight fit yet wearable. The last order I made sure to order 2 sizes too big as to be comfortable. No. They are so tight I can't get them past my knees. 5 suits and only 1 fit.

I ordered a swimsuit for a Cruise I was taking back in November 11, 2019 and the swim suit didn't arrive until the day I got back from vacation December 10th, 2019 I have reached out via email to Gabi Swim wear to return but no reply twice so I am disputing my credit card payment. Don't waste your time as they have BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM.

I feel sad to give this company a 1 star but after just being told that they will not stand behind a product that fell apart on me on vacation because I was out of the 60-day return window --I feel I need to warn others. I bought a tankini (a replacement from one I have had over 2 years and loved) and received it at the end of August. I tried it on, liked it and put in a drawer to wear on vacation to Mexico in mid-November. On vacation as I pulled it over my head the top pulled apart and was unwearable. Luckily I had another top. As soon as I got home I contacted the company to ask for a replacement. They would not do it because I was over 60 days. (by about 2 weeks). So, beware of their policy because they do not stand behind the quality of the products they sell - they only look at those 60 days. And, when I asked Bely the supervisor that I was talking to if they valued repeat customers and if there was any way to make an exception she said - no.
