I ordered from their website. They offer a bikini top but I had no idea they sold a matching brief bottom. It wasn't on the same page. When I received several swimsuits, they included a catalog which had the matching bottom on a completely different page! I had to return a one-piece and wanted to exchange it for the other bottom. They finally refunded me for the returned one-piece, but after hearing nothing from them after that, I called 9 days later to find out where the bikini bottom was, and was told Oh. It's not available. And won't ever be. Well, thanks for the zero communication about that! And why wouldn't they show the matching bottom next to the top?? I would have ordered it when I ordered everything else. Then it would probably still be in stock!!

The swimsuits did not fit. I sent them back in the as designated time frame. I did not receive a credit. They said I had to send the number off of the email they sent. I received an email but not that one. I called several times and they never credited the 78.00 plus that they owe me. They need to be stopped.

Do not buy from! I got 2 suits from them back in June. I wore one TWICE the whole summer and during the second wear j noticed it falling apart and pilling alllll around. I never washed it just rinsed off in the sink and hung up to try after wearing it. I emailed multiple times to see if I could get a replacement or a refund and then finally called where they told me they would make an exception of the 60 day policy since I was technically out of that window (even though when I first emailed I was within the window) and they would email me. I never got an email called back and they told me “well there’s nothing we can do we can’t override the system it just knows that you’re outside of the 60 days.” Well how crappy is that that their merchandise fell apart on me and they won’t do anything about it. Oh and I left a bad review on the product as well and it was never posted by the company. Sketchy and untrustworthy. It was too bad cause I really liked them at first and the way the did help with a shipping problem I had.

TERRIBLE COMPANY! They send out great codes, you order and the next day is an even better code. You call to ask for the free shipping now offered and all they say is you can return the order once you get it. That doesn't help refund the $20 shipping fee! A supervisor wouldn't even give me the courtesy of speaking with me after I asked 6 times. Very poor customer service. I'll never order from them again.

They are trying to sell stock that they know they don't have. I've had orders cancelled twice for two different items, and when I check back on the website the product is stills available for purchase

In early July I ordered several swimsuits from S4All because I wanted to be able to try them on. You never know how a suit will look on you until you try it on. The charge was $175.98. I did not receive an order confirmation or an order number. I assumed the order did not process properly. Then I started receiving emails explaining the company was having shipping difficulties and apologies if I had been affected. When I received my credit card bill in August I was charged for the suits! When I called Customer Service I was told the suits were delivered. I filed a dispute claim with the credit card company and they want me to provide evidence I did not receive the suits. How do you prove you did not receive a package. I am going to try to figure out how to send the credit card company some Trust Pilot reviews of Swimsuits4All to prove many customers are complaining. As an interesting side note, I received a package I did not order from Woman Within. It was supposed to go to a woman in Denver. I live in the NYC area.When I called to ask how to return it I discovered that Woman Within and Swimsuits 4 All are part of the same company- - the same company that did not deliver the swimsuits but wants to be paid for them.

Warning do not buy from this website! They take your money they don't want to return your money, the products take a month to come and it is absolutely awful awful! None of the items i bought came cost too what they advertised. Now in order to attempt to get my money returned, They want me to Pay the return shipping cost In order for me to get my money back which is gonna cost me just as much as my $82 order! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! CURRENTLY DISPUTING WITH PAYPAL!!

I dont know what is happening with Swimsuits for All. The service is terrible and continues to get worse. Unfortunately it is one of the few companies that carries my size. I ordered two swimsuits and a week later I find out they are on back order and expected ship date is mid September. Now I would have appreciated knowing that at the time I placed the order.
