I ordered some swimsuits and received them as described, and I am considering buying some more from this company as the suits shape and construction fit me better than other plus size brands I tried. I did not experience customer service, so I can't rate that, but I was not in a hurry and willing to wait. The wait was long, yes, even considering COVID, so I detract one star.

Let me start by saying I deal with retail shipping for my business on a fairly regular basis. It has been a month and I still have no swimsuits at my house. I waited a full month because I know Covid has been wreaking havoc with shipping. But tracking puts them in a shippinng warehouse (and not yet even with USPS) in Monroe Township, NJ since July 12. So I called to see what was up and could they send another one because at this rate the pool season will be nearly over. Please note I was very polite throughout because I have been a CS manager before and know it is not the rep's fault my swimsuit isn't here yet, though I did get more audibly irritated the longer I had to deal with them. I got interrupted by the first rep and his supervisor, and the first rep told me that I "must not understand" something. Then they told me if I was dissatisfied I had 60 days from the date I ordered it to return it. I asked if they meant from the day I got it. NOPE. "The two weeks that will be left should be plenty of time for you to get it back to us." How come I am expected to have no delays in shipping it to them, but they are allowed 30 days to have it in transit to me? "Well, we're a big company shipping out lots of orders." I wasn't complaining about the time it took to send it, I was just calling to see if they could send it again since it has clearly been stuck in the same place in NJ for two weeks. But with the attitude I got as a first time customer seeking a fairly reasonable accomodation from a place I spent a decent chunk if change at, I can't see myself shopping here or any of their other brands ever again.

Terrible Customer Service!!!! My package said Delivered, however, I didnt actually receive it. Not in my mailbox, not at the front door. Thanks alot USPS!!! So I contacted Customer Service to deal with it. I want a refund for not receiving any items. They informed me that I have to fill out an affidavit that they will review but more than likely, I will never be able to order from them again. I WILL BE BANNED! Are you kidding me?!?! What a joke! I’m sorry you didnt use a more reliable shipping service to get your customers their products. Have you heard of tracking numbers?!

Worst customer experience EVER! Do NOT order from Swimsuits for all! July 20th, 2021 The WORST customer experience ever! I ordered a swimsuit on July 4th. There was NOTHING on the website that said the suit was unavailable. On July 15th, I received an email saying it was on back order and would ship on 8/18. Really! I am expected to wait TWO MONTHS to receive a swimsuit. I called last week and was told the swimsuit shipped. I called today and was told that it was in process, that it hadn't shipped and that they didn't know when it would ship. I asked them to cancel the order and was told that I had to wait for it to arrive but no one knew when it would ship, much less when it would arrive. Once it sat at the post office as undeliverable, the post office might send it back to the company and at that point they would be able to process a return. We are moving out of the country permanently. I didn't know that an order placed in early July would not arrive until late August. I am out the $81 for the suit plus shipping. I will also write a complaint to the BBB. Whoever you are at Swimsuits for all whose job it is to respond to these emails, please don't bother. You aren't gutted, you aren't sorry for my experience. It is very clear that you couldn't care less about your customers. I will make sure to repeat this review in as many places as possible so that others don't get caught up in your scams.

I have been a customers for 6 years. But after the experience of the last 5 months will not ever purchase from again. Do not have products in stock and put them on back order and you will have to wait for 3 months to get order. So you may get the bottoms and may never receive the top. Then you have to pay return shipping and you will get different stories from their reps if you are able to reach anyone. They do have great products and I just love all the items I have purchased over the years, but not the same company anymore. Very sad!!!!

Bought swimming suit that took like a month to ship and was finally received in mid-May. Sent back within a couple of days to exchange for different size. Called customer service to confirm how to do the exchange and followed their instructions. As of July 19th after following up they said they are issuing a credit (still don't have it - customer service says it will be another week) and that I have to reorder at the higher price. Also they are only refunding the price of the suit and not the $11.99 shipping. I will never order from them again. It took way too long - this whole thing started back in April and it is Mid-July and I still don't have the replacement. I am a very dissatisfied customer.

The worst place to shop, and it’s sad because they have cute things and they were never this bad before. I bought some bathing suits and they took over a month to get here and now I’m trying to return some of them. I shipped our the return package almost a month ago and they’re saying they still haven’t gotten it and to give them another 3 weeks….it doesn’t take two months for a package to be delivered. This place is a joke! And when you call them they are so freaking rude it’s ridiculous.

I would give Swimsuits for All a 0 star rating! On June 17, 2021, I placed a swimsuit order (for a July 4th pool party); on June 29th, I received an order from Swimsuits For All but the order received was 2 pair of 2XL black slacks. The same day, I contacted Swimsuits for All and was told to return the items I did not order and I would have to re-order the items I wanted (at whatever was the price the day I re-ordered the items - I couldn't receive the same price as when I ordered the items). I returned these slacks on June 29th. Whenever I contacted Customer Service, I was told "my return is still in transit." On July 6th, I received an email from Swimsuits for All letting me know my recent order will be delayed. What order? I didn't order any items from them since June 17th. Again, I contacted Swimsuits for All and I was told the return would take several weeks as the return is still in transit. On July 9th, I received an email from Swimsuits for All stating my return was received and it would be another 5-7 days for the refund to be issued. What really upsets me is I will be issued an eCard for a future purchase. I don't want to make any further purchases with Swimsuits for All but I will in order to use the money I originally paid. Since the error was on their part by not shipping the correct items, I thought Swimsuits for All would be more accommodating and try to rectify their error but they didn't seem the least bit interested in correcting this issue. It is 3 days shy of 1 month since I ordered my items and I don't have my items or my money. I'd rather have the money returned to my PayPal account than an eGift card.
