Just like so many other people are saying, DO NOT buy from swim suit for all if you expect to be able to return items. I placed my order on 6/20. A number of the items got very delayed and I was sent emails thanking me for my patience as I waited for the items to be shipped. I finally got the last of the items on 8/24. I tried on the order and sent back my returns, but my return I was rejected because it was 60 days after the original order. 60 days would have been 8/20 and I didn't even get the items until 8/24! There was no way I could have returned them by 8/20! I called and was told there was nothing they would do. They claimed to be transferring me to their supervisor but instead hung up on me.

Like most other reviews, I wish I had seen this site before purchasing from this company. As other noted, their shipping charges are insane even for standard shipping, their shipping timeframes are unbelievably slow, and when you try to contact customer service you end up having to call multiple times to even reach someone who can assist, only to be told you will have to wait 30 days for your order to be received before they will consider a refund.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! My entire experience from ordering to shipping to customer service was terrible.

Swimsuit sucked, I returned, it arrived 3 days late for their return policy, they shipped it back. Giving the suit to Goodwill. Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered.

This company makes their $ on Shipping and bad return policies. I've ordered twice and spent $200 and had to pay by the piece to ship and it took 3 weeks to arrive. Product is just okay if you work to figure out sizing for each item - none are the same and don't try to return because Customer Service ladies are rude and unhelpful. Nope.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Even though I used their return shipping label to return two of the six items I ordered, I received them back saying that I was outside of the return period. I advised, and they have record, that they were dropped off in time, however, since the shipper was delayed, they were received 5 days late. No where does it state on the original invoice that they must be 'received within 60 days.' However, it is noted on the label that they used to return the merchandise back to me. the agent was very defensive from the beginning as was the supervisor who said I should have sent them 2 weeks earlier to guarantee that they would be received. Again, I was not of the understanding that they had to be in their warehouse within 60 days. This is truly crazy, because the 60 day period starts on the date that they ship the items out to you... but it is not reciprocated. Waste you money if you want, but I will not do business with Swimsuits For All again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered several suits from them. Received all pieces at different times. All of them were 2 piece suits which you order pieces separately. They placed 4 pieces on back order (6 months after my initial order). I was not able to determine if I wanted to keep the pieces I had until I was able to try on the suits in their entirety, so I called customer service to see if they would extend the 60 day return policy for the pieces I had while I waited for the others to arrive and they refused. Was told by a supervisor to return all of the pieces (btw you pay for your returns) and reorder them in November when the projected back order date was and maybe you could get them all then. I kid you not…that is what I was told. Even though they are responsible for the back order!! Than I would have had to pay shipping on all 6 suits all over again. What a joke and horrible customer service. The rep was nice and even agreed it was a horrible policy. No way they were going to budge on that 60 return policy. Tell me why I would EVER purchase something from them again?? It’s a joke of a company. BEWARE!!

Had problems with bottoms fitting.. ordered a few different sizes, which were delayed multiple times. After I tried them all on, I returned the ill fitting ones, paid for the return shipping, and just received one back because it was outside the return window. Not happy at all.
