Bad customer service. Missed the 60 day return window by a few days because I didn’t realize it was only 60 days. They sent the package back a month later with no communication. No reply to several emails. Got ahold of someone in chat and they had no flexibility with the 69 days. Stuck with items I can’t use.

I used to like this company, but they have become horrible. Everything is back ordered. Even though you can order online, you can't cancel an order online. I received the top, but the bottom was still backordered. Then they sent me an email that it would be further delayed by more than a month! I needed the suit for a vacation. The new delivery date is after my vacation will be over. In the meantime, I had returned an item that didn't fit. The item cost over $60, and they refunded only $49. Supposedly they deduct $9.99 when you return something, but the math here doesn't match that claim. I hate this company.

I’ve not received my order and I’m hot mad. I paid for two day shipping. For some reason they assume I was committing fraud and held my order and had me call the fraud department. Now my order is just regular shipping. Which by the reading of the posts on this website, I’ll either get in two months or a year from now or NEVER😩 Gotta go call my credit card company now. Wish me luck 😒

The WORST customer experience I have ever had! I attempted to returned several items - website gave me a return authorization - I mailed back - received an email confirmation that they got my package - then 3 weeks later my entire return package landed on my doorstep! They refused my return because it arrived at their warehouse after to 60 day window (forget about USPS delays) - with NO communication from them! And they're arguing with me on the phone... BEWARE!

If I could have given a negative stars I would have. Took months to receive this order, which was ordered 2 months before my vacation. Went on vacation with my old suits and upon my return disputed the charges with my credit card company. When the order finally arrived I tried to return the unopened package and was denied the return of the items. Never heard from Swimsuits for all till today with is 6 months down the road now and that was in the form of being sent to collection. Would have happily returned the items still in the bag sent or paid it if I had been billed again after I disputed the charges, rather then being sent to collections. I will NEVER use SWIMSUITS FOR ALL again or any of the businesses tied to them again. There are many businesses tied to them FYI. I also feel the reviews are not posted that you submit as I posted a review about their customer service and it was never posted.

Terrible! My intention was to order 3 items, and return anything that did not fit. It took 3 months to receive the full order (even when asking to cancel). They then would not accept the return on items sent earlier in the month. They were very clear that people on military orders living overseas do not get any additional time for their returns to be received. They will not look at the ship date of the return, only when it is received in their warehouse. Customer care rep I conversed with- Alfreda

I purchased a tankini from Swimsuits for All and it didn't fit, so I returned it using the provided return label. I waited and waited for my refund and never received it. So after 6 weeks I contacted the company and they basically stated that I was out of luck. They would not be refunding me or even giving me any other option. I cancelled my account with them and I'm telling anyone who will listen NOT to order from them. It's a scam If the product doesn't fit and out don't exchange for the exact same item you're out of luck Worst experience Satisfaction guaranteed my butt

I ordered swimsuits for my mother and myself weeks before our planned trip to the beach. At the time the order was placed, delivery was scheduled several weeks ahead of the trip. Oops! Sorry! Items are now backordered! Couldn't cancel. Couldn't get delivery in time for the trip. Couldn't return without paying more exorbitant shipping fees on top of what had already been charged. About 30% of the order total went to shipping and then more was deducted for return shipping. Other issues: 1) Bathing suit had loose stitching right out of the package, but no free returns even for damaged items. 2) Two piece suits shown online, but only the tops are included. You find out your suit is bottomless when or if it arrives. 3) Substitutions were sent for requested items not in stock. I didn't okay substitutions, but had to pay to return them or lose even more money.
