SVAKOM UNITED STATES INC.Reviews of svakom.net

Really great customer service. They absolutely do honor their warranty. A hard thing to find in this day and age. 💯 Recommend!

Still waiting for product to arrive

SUPER fun toy! But the device "froze" (died) twice when charging it. First time, the store I bought it from replaced it (under 30 days), and thankfully, when the replacement died TOO, the company sent a replacement unit, which seems to be working fine, for now. The app allows for MANY modes, and even a REMOTE mode that works from anywhere! The Remote Room part is a bit buggy at times, but the local/normal modes work perfectly. All in all, a good bang for the buck.

I had a great experience with SVAKOM the had replaced my product twice. I just trust them because they made that so easygoing and kind of wut my experience! Thanks appreciate a lot

I can only say good things about this company I had a problem with an item and it was corrected in a timely matter. Thank You so much

Customer service was excellent and had a great response time. All of my issues were resolved quickly and seamlessly. Thankful that I got one of their products that came with manufactures warranty !

I ordered a replacement part for a product and had a fitment issue. Either with mine being old or the new having new changes made. They sent an entire new unit. Best customer service I have ever received. Have bought Svakom products in the past and will continue to buy more in the future. Thank you , Svakom!
