Great products. Honestly the best products of companies I have tried. Delivery time is lengthy which is why only 4 stars, but it’s worth the wait.

I had an excellent experience with toy and highly recommend it to anyone considering buying one. The quality is great, and it’s very enjoyable to use. One thing that really impressed me is that it comes with a warranty, and the company truly stands behind their product. Unfortunately, my toy malfunctioned about a month after I received it. However, the customer service team was very fast to respond and communicated clearly and effectively throughout the process. After I submitted my warranty claim, they replaced my toy without any hassle. The new one works perfectly fine, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled. Overall, excellent product and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

SVAKOM has great customer service! The best toy so far for me has been the Erica, it has many settings and can be controlled with app. If you are looking for a toy that is almost silent and can be used in public- this is it! Love this toy and have not had any problems with connectivity! Buy it for a loved one and enjoy it together-you will not be disappointed!

Svakom has amazing customer service! I've had one of their products for over a year that I really enjoy... my favorite! I didn't think to keep the receipt nor product code. The item stopped working, I looks the product up on online, emailed SVAKOM regarding the non-working product, and they immediately sent me a brand new replacement free of charge!! That's how all companies should work! Great customer service.

My wife absolutely loved this product. The several selected speeds are really great. Start out slow and then it allows you to maximize your experience. It has ease to the power controls on the unit. My wife and I love to add this to our collection. A must have in the bedroom.

I had the immense pleasure of testing out and enjoying the Svakom Sam Neo Pro 2. From the moment I opened the box, it felt like a premium product that was definitely worth the money. The silicone sleeve itself had an amazing texture that felt really nice but wasn't overstimulating. And the toy itself was very powerful and had a range of modes that offered plenty of fun variety. Really well designed product that provides an experience I've never had before with other fleshlights. Just be careful with the silicone sleeve when washing as it is delicate.
