This is a crappy company that I can not get a hold of over a 200 dollar item that broke first week.....there number is not even a buisness like number no one answers or calls back....this might be a ghost company....

I needed new Keri charger and Svakom's customer team really did everything to help me out, concerning different combinations of solving the issue. They were reliable, kind, responded in good timing... They did their best. The charger safely arrived and I was very grateful. Keri as s product is - perfect. I am very satisfied and glad I bought it, it was my first Svakom product, so it was a very good surprise and delight to have it!
