**Disappointing Quality and Even Worse Customer Service** I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from TSK Custom Apparel. I purchased a 49ers iron-on transfer, and the quality was terrible. The colors were faded, the print looked cheap and grainy, and the overall product looked nothing like the high-quality transfer I expected. This was a brand-new item, never used or applied, and still in its original packaging. When I contacted customer service, they dismissed my concerns and refused to accept a return or issue a refund. I explained that my issue wasn't the distressed style but the overall poor quality of the product. I even offered to return it. Rather than make any effort to resolve the situation, the owner Makai’s response was simply.…”go file a dispute!” That tells you everything you need to know about Makai’s approach to customer service. I understand businesses have return policies, but there's a big difference between standing behind your products and dismissing a legitimate customer concern. **Buyer beware.** If you're unhappy with the quality of what you receive, don't expect this company to work with you to make it right. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.
