I did not get my documents until about a month later, and this was because I didn't complete the survey for the doctor... I didn't get any notification that I was missing something until I finally contacted them through the online chat support - which is unfortunately the only way you can contact anyone in this company. Finally a week later they gave me a new link to submit the survey, but even then, it was not processed. About another week later, I contacted them again and they said they didn't receive the survey, which is strange because I got an email confirmation to show that it was received. I spoke to the online chat associate to explain the issue and had to complain in order for them take my request more seriously. They gave me a new survey to fill out, and they prioritized my ESA document request since it was taking so long... FINALLY, I got my documents. Yes, they did take care of me once I was persistent and told them I would have to request a refund if this wasn't taken care of within a few days. But still, a paying customer should not have to hunt down an associate to facilitate the document completion.

The company was quick and efficient.
