Support pet customer service is terrible. There is a phone number given, but all messages refer back to the web site and nothing allows you to speak to a human. After completing the form on the web site a message said the number of form request was exceeding and did not accept the form. TERRIBLE SERVICE ! ! !

after the death of my son I fell into a very dark depression and if it had not been for my little dog Duchess I'm not sure I would have made it.the big problem I always had though was the ability to not worry about where I was going to stay when I went on vacation, etc. That's not a problem any more.

Customer service is dog sh!t, pun intended. I am now waiting 72+ hours for them to change two words on the ESA letter. This letter was not cheap. They just keep giving you the run around when asking for a supervisor, or even a reasonable explanation as to why they are unable to perform such a simple fix in under 72 hours.

Do not use Petsupport.com! I received an email from them last night saying my credit card was “accidentally” charged twice for my latest order… my last order was on April 2024. I have no idea why someone in my account in the first place since I have not bought something since then. This is very stressful and confusing. There was actually two different charges, one was $89.99 and another was $99.99. Why is there two different charges as well? I can’t even get an email back from them to confirm that NO MONEY should be taken out of my account. Do not use this website, I will no longer be a customer of theirs. No one will be messing with my hard earned money.

Hi there That possibility does not exist. All the charges are made after the customer answered our full questionnaire, were approved, shared payment information and finally decided to purchase. Companies like this are the reason real service dogs get attacked in public. I get it people like having their pets go places with them but get them trained first, no one needs your little ankle bitter going after my service dog and 2 there rules and regulations for ESA pets and service dogs like years of training for life. No ESA or service dog needs papers to be one btw.

We would like to assure that our ESA letters are issued by licensed mental health professionals who thoroughly evaluate and assess the need for an emotional support animal based on the information provided during the assessment process. We always advocate for training, even though ESAs are not requeired by law to have any training. You can check that on our social media page, site and all other contents. Papers are necessary, depending on the situation of the person who's seeking the papers. There are thousands of people across the US that fit the context and are happy with it.
