It was quick and affordable for me. I saved my babies from being excluded while we look for housing.

They took to long to get me them. I waited almost 2 months. I was very unhappy and not satisfied with all of everything I had to do.

They claim that you will hear back from them within 48 hours but I've emailed them multiple times over the course of 2 weeks and all they say is "we are actively working to address this issue." I've checked spam folders. I asked for either the product I paid for or a refund and nothing. This is a fraudulent company.

This company is a scam the letter they sent within 24 hours was useless. The Pet Screening company said, Support Pets is more than aware you need a letter for each ESA . Support Pets said that it would now take 2-10 days for the CORRECT documentation that was 5 days ago and I have not heard from them, they have not asked for more information as to what my needs are for the 2nd animal and now they are not returning calls or emails and I am going to lose the apartment. They are not legitimate it’s a money grab. Especially since the main Pet Screening company knows how they operate. The customer service is nonexistent. When you call customer service there is only a recorded message saying they are busy, you can not wait on hold they only send emails. Don’t use this company

Hi there Not at all. Our company and services are all legitimate and in compliance with current laws. At Support Pets, our primary goal is to provide legitimate and reliable support to individuals who genuinely benefit from the companionship of emotional support animals. We would like to assure that our ESA letters are issued by licensed mental health professionals who thoroughly evaluate and assess the need for an emotional support animal based on the information provided during the assessment process. Upon checking our system, we could not find any tickets for assistance under your e-mail, so we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team if you are a real customer, so we can gather more specific details about your situation and provide further guidance. Have a good day

I’m giving 3 Stars for the quick response time and helpfulness of the Staff. They were very good. However, since my documents were not accepted by my Apartment Complex and I’m the process of getting a refund from your Company, I’m unable to give you a higher rating Ps: They recognized immediately that the Documents were obtained online and claimed I was “Buying a Recommendation for ESAs.” Much back and forth, but they wouldn’t budge. Maybe a more authentic looking Letter would’ve helped.

This was such an easy process! Super accommodative and super efficient. I am so thankful to have been able to purchase all the necessary items in one go rather than wait for the certification, then the card, then the accessories! It was nice to have received all items around the same time. My favorite complementary item is the Genius Tag! This tag is given along with your purchase of the ESA registration so if your dog were to get lost, someone can scan the QR code on the collar! This QR allows for communication and notification that your animal has been spotted! It also has the ESA label on there which is nice for others who may not know! Anyways, I couldn't recommend this more for those who are wanting to register their furry friend!
