Just don’t do it.
I’ve been waiting for over two weeks for a landlord form to be completed and the reasoning I get, they can’t reach the doctor?! Something that should take maybe 48 hours has now been pending 2 weeks. And all I get is thanks for your patience while we keep trying the doctor. Can you get another doctor? Customer service can do nothing. Don’t waste your money on them. It’s not worth it. You won’t get what you need from them in a timely manner.
