Efficient process though I have still not received the package for vest and etc. that has been slow.
Response from Support PetsJun 9, 2025
Thank you for your feedback — we’re glad to hear you found the process efficient! As for your package with the vest and other items, we understand the wait can be frustrating. Please note that shipping typically takes 4 to 5 weeks, depending on the shipping carrier. Once it leaves our facility, it’s in their hands, but we’re happy to help track it or provide updates at any time. If you need assistance, our support team is available 24/7 via chat or at [email protected]. Thank you for your patience,
Kimberly H.
Having a second pet being covered on the promotion, the clarifications were not made too clear. Is there paperwork or not for the second pet. Is there a way to put the other pet to another family member within the same household. It would have helped to have this clarification during the application process.
Response from Support PetsJun 9, 2025
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for any confusion during the application process. We have an FAQ page on our site that has all the details. To clarify: if a second pet is included in a promotion, there is paperwork provided for that second pet. However, all pets must be listed under the same person’s name for the ESA documentation to be valid. At this time, we are not able to assign different pets to different family members within the same household under a single application. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention — clearer communication is something we're always working to improve. If you have any further questions or need help with your paperwork, our support team is available 24/7 at [email protected] or via the chat on our website. Thank you
