Buying with them as long you buy light products you will have no problems, but if you deal with customer services is a total disaster. Cubans there, the operators are rude and dishonest. They never give to you an accurate and sincere response, they repeat what they have in the computer and every time you call them you can hear the vulgarity in the background people talking and laughing, it is really gross and rude. I am a customer since three years ago and I am really disappointed the way they treat their clients over the phone.

I recently placed my first order with Super Market 23 to help some dear friends in Cuba, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I placed the order yesterday, and everything was delivered the very next day without a single issue. Seeing my friends receive the items so quickly brought me so much peace of mind. One thing I would strongly recommend is providing as much information as possible when placing your order. Include the recipient’s full name, address, and ID number if you have it. The more details you provide, the smoother the delivery process seems to be. When you have loved ones in Cuba, sometimes you feel helpless. Being able to send groceries and essentials is one small way to remind them they are loved and not forgotten. For me, this service has become a meaningful way to help from afar. I am incredibly grateful for the excellent service and will absolutely be using Super Market 23 again. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring way to support family and friends in Cuba.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience due to the poor customer service provided by the delivery staff. They delivered the wrong food item and did not replace it on the spot. The delivery team was dismissive, uncommunicative, and appeared to be talking about the customer privately instead of addressing the customer directly. They never properly introduced themselves and rushed through the delivery as if doing their job correctly was an inconvenience. To make matters worse, the person delivering the freezer hit it against something and even dropped it on the ground while moving it, showing a complete lack of care for the product. Another major concern is the online ordering process. After placing an order, it simply sits in the system unless you call to confirm it. To reach a human representative, you first have to go through an AI phone system multiple times. Once connected, they ask for very sensitive personal information over the phone to verify the order, which raises serious privacy concerns. I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with this store. Between the rude delivery staff, careless handling of merchandise, poor communication, and questionable order verification process, this experience fell well below the standard of customer service I expect. I would not recommend this store based on my experience.

ACTUALIZADO:Esta es la segunda vez que uso los servicios de ellos, la primera vez cambiaron un producto cárnico con otro y los huevos llegaron podridos. Esta vez entregaron varias libras de carnes todas podridas,las bolsas llegaron literalmente explotadas y con un mosquerío asqueroso y para que hablar del mal olor. Les mando varios correos y 10dias después de la supuesta espera para resolver el problema muy descaradamente me escriben que van a ir a recoger la supuesta carne podrida y luego de eso me van a dar “un crédito”.. Cómo se les ocurre una cosa que llegó podrida que no se va a botar y uno lo va a dejar allí esperando, no pero que encima lo dicen al último momento después de varios días que hay que conservar esa carne podrida y que la van a recoger. Quisiera saber encima que piensan hacer con ella o si antes que me la entregarán a mí podrida la habían recogido de otro lado en ese estado. Que clase de ocurrencia es esa y que falta de profesionalismo. Días mi familia sin tener que comer y disque a recoger lo podrido y un crédito por ello después de 10dias!!! Actualización con respuesta: Ustedes miente! Para empezar ustedes no tienen idea de quien yo sea,segundo tengo pruebas, las fotos con moscas y los correos de ustedes.Desde entonces ya les pedí varias veces que me devolvieran el dinero dado que no tengo intención de comprar más carne con ustedes y siguen insistiendo en que solo me van a dar el crédito por los mismos productos aunque ya les expliqué que no. Seguiré insistiendo y regando la información dado que no solo devuelven el dinero o dan un crédito general si no expecifico al producto y tampoco pretenden devolver. También su Facebook está lleno de comentarios con lo mismo. Muy mal de su parte! Asco!

No sé cómo explicarlo. Suelo comprar en supermarket sin problemas. Fui a comprar un ecoflow y la web de supermarket me redirige a envios23.com. Sí, lo anuncian en su sitio web directamente. He hecho la compra bastante grande. Pero el problema es el siguiente: me prometieron una fecha de entgrega y cada vez que miro en el seguimiento del pedido, la fecha de entrega aumenta automáticamente y no para de aumentar, intento contactarles y no me responden. AL teléfono que anuncian en cuba a mi familia en Cuba se lo bloquearon. Al teléfono de Estados Unidos sale una contestadora. Les he escrito varios correos y en una ocasión me dijeron que ya estaba en Miami el pedido pero la web dice otra cosa. Empiezo a sospechar que es una estafa. Si se mantiene voy a abrir un expediente en la OCU y denunciar en el banco al comercio aquí en España al que se hace el cargo en la tarjeta. Si se resuelve el problema actualizo la opinión para reflejar lo que hasta ahora había sido un servicio impecable.

Staff answered our questions and concerns the same day. Items were extremely well packaged to avoid damage. Their delivery charges are cheaper than cost of picking the packaged items from their Store. We were informed every step of the way from confirmation of orders to shipping and final delivery even in the Dark when there is No Electricity. WILL USE THEM AGAIN

Les pongo una estrella por mucha pldesconformidad con la entrega de los productos el, mes pasado no entregaron un paquete de fríjoles y hoy mi familiar a reciybido otra vez su envío de alimentos y le faltaban 2 sobres de refresco instantáneo, el queso y la mantequilla.... La respuesta del chofer ha sido" tienes que hacer una reclamación a las 72 horas" Automáticamente mi familiar a ido hasta el camión de reparto y los productos faltantes estaban en una bolsa guardados aparte. Me parece muy deshonesto y una pena que pasen estás cosas....llevo muchos años enviando con SUPERMARKET 23 porque les tenía confianza y seriedad, ya todo por suelo...lo siento pero no los recomiendo

El problema es que piensan que uno que vive afuera es millonario fui a comprar un freezer y una caja de pollo y resulta que tengo que pagar 2 envios para la misma direcciòn, con la bala de gas te cobran el enviò y despuès hay que ir a buscarla estàn apretando ayuden un poco al cubano y no.lo ahogen .
