My first order of dairy from Turkiye arrived on time in perfect condition. Order was carefully packed in a foam box with ice packs in fedex large bag. I will continue to order from Turcamart all my Turkish grocery needs. Highly recommended.

i ordered baklava, turkish tea and olive oil from turcamart and it got here in about a week packed really well with no leaks. the baklava was still crisp not dried out like the stuff at my local market, and the tea tastes like what my aunt drinks. everything matched the site so im happy.

I ordered several products from here, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I ordered vinegar in a glass bottle, and it arrived without any damage thanks to the excellent packaging. Everything was perfect, and they were so attentive and kind. I’ll definitely order from them again. Thank you so much for everything! 🌸

Thank you for the lovely review. We’re glad everything arrived in perfect condition, and especially that the glass bottle of vinegar made it without a scratch. Fragile items like that get extra attention when we pack them, so it’s good to know it worked out. We really appreciate the kind words about our service, and we’ll be happy to have you back for your next order. 🌸

Well, you sent the wrong products from what I ordered when I called to complain I was told well sometimes things are substituted. I wasn’t even given an option and still had to pay for items I did not want or order, crackers and cookies were broken and crumbled up, and some of the items tasted old and stale, not worth the money!!!
Response from TurcamartOct 22, 2026
Lori Anne, thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry the order didn’t feel right when it arrived. We looked into it and wanted to explain what happened. Your order included 11 different products, and two of them were short on stock with no new shipment arriving soon. Rather than hold the whole order, we added similar products in their place so everything else could ship on time. You were not charged for those substituted items, and the two products we couldn’t send were refunded the same day you contacted us. Refunds for anything we can’t deliver are always part of how we handle orders. We also asked for photos of the broken crackers and cookies so we could review the packaging properly, and we would be glad to look at them if you have any. About the taste, we don’t keep near-expiry products in our stock. Products made in Türkiye have their Best Before dates printed as DD/MM/YYYY, which is easy to read as MM/DD/YYYY in the US, so a fresh product can look close to expiry or already expired. We explain how to read these dates here: https://turcamart.com/blogs/our-blog/dont-be-confused-by-dates-understanding-tett-or-skt-for-turkish-products If you’d like us to take another look at anything, you can reach us at via email and we’ll go through it together.

They didn't have my item in stock, but they found where to source it and communicated with me. Above and beyond, great service.

Diana, thank you for the review. It’s never fun when an item you want is out of stock, so we’re glad we could track it down and keep you in the loop while we did. Kind words like yours mean a lot to our team, and we hope to see you again for your next order.

Quick delivery and other options on the website. I ordered the sunflower seeds by Tadim because of the very low salt content. I also ordered a milk chocolate almond bar. The bar was very good.

Thank you for the review. We’re glad the delivery was quick and that the Tadım sunflower seeds worked out for you, since the lower salt content is something a lot of customers look for. It’s great to hear the milk chocolate almond bar was a hit too. We hope to see you again for your next order.
