This Christmas
This Christmas, I placed an order for my mother in Havana. Unfortunately, some products were not dispatched. Despite the products being available on their website, the company refused to deliver the missing items. Instead, they credited my online account with the cost of the missing products and expected me to solve the problem, which obviously would be to purchase them again for my elderly mother, incurring additional shipping costs. Apart from this incident, I am curious as to why the company charges for the shipment of products when the client has already spent a significant amount of money on the products themselves. Why don’t they waive the shipping charge in such cases as most companies do?
