Worst experience ever! At the moment of writing (more than one month) I can’t access my paid subscription. I asked to merge two accounts and nothing… no answers, no solution. This is absolutely ridiculous. Do not waste your money!

Wie durch ein Wunder hat es beim ersten generierten Song nach fast zwei Monaten sehr zuverlässig funktioniert, diesen Song habe ich damals allerdings aufgrund der üblichen Bugs aufgegeben und nun erneut probiert, doch startet man dann mit etwas komplett neuem, in der Hoffnung Suno's scheinbares Momentum zu nutzen, schon gibt es erneut dieselben Probleme wie zwei Monate zuvor. Statt den eingegeben Anweisungen wird das exakte Gegenteil generiert, Stimmen klingen verwaschen und erfinden scheinbar Geheimsprachen, alles ist übertrieben episch, obwohl dies nie gefordert wurde, Negative-Prompts werden umgesetzt, und so weiter. Dieses Tool überlebt offensichtlich nur noch durch Bots, es kann eigentlich vom Markt genommen werden.

I subscribed to the Suno Pro Plan via Google Play a week ago. Three days ago, my account suddenly reverted to the Free tier with zero credits, even though my subscription is active and paid. I contacted customer support and they replied three days ago confirming that they received my Google Play Order ID (GPA.3351-1378-2085-18204) and would forward it to the billing team for a manual fix. Since then, they have completely ignored me. My account remains on the Free tier and I am losing paid days of service. Please resolve this immediately and restore my Pro Plan access for the account registered under the same Google Play ID.

They have obvious bugs but appear not to care at all. SUNO has a lot of positive things but all of that is lost because of their disregard for the things that will make a recording or creation unusable. I have spent many weeks trying to finish some songs but SUNO often does not follow the prompts or other specific style directions and details. I have at least 8 songs that have the same stupid SUNO intro that I have not been able to correct. I have tried a variety of ways without any luck and have been reporting it often as a bug. BUT I never receive a response of any kind. Quite frankly, when trying to do work based on my own compositions or arrangements that was scanned in and used as a base, it has been an absolute nightmare. I stopped using SUNO for many months hoping the issues would be worked out. They were not. I guess the owners are just being distracted by counting their money. Their time certainly does not appear to be spent on problem solving or good customer service.

Ich warne jeden vor Suno, der mit der eigenen Stimme arbeitet, denen ist das Recht am eigenen Bild und der eigenen Stimme egal. Wer mit der eigenen Stimme Songs erstellt, sollte Suno vor allem dann meiden, wenn es um die Modelle geht, mit denen man eine eigene Voice bauen kann. Andere User können einfach Ausschnitte deiner Lieder hochladen und deine Stimme zweckentfremden! Klonen und stehlen.

I was beyond impressed with the music it generated! And i say that as someone who used to play the piano myself and who collaborated with producers on the internet :) I'm glad i experimented with Ai this year so i could see what it's like! It kind of made me feel young again after years of rejecting all the new stuff like an old dinosaur lol Very, very amazed by the quality

I was trying to regenerate a lyrics but the damn AI never letting me I HATE AI they should do what they told not to being so rogue
