Carlos, great help in assisting me with recumbent bike issue and seller on Amazon. I’m still perplexed that the model I received was actually a different model than was ordered once the casing was removed. Can’t get belt back on but I can “free-style peddle” with zero tension. Bummer but Carlos tried his best to help and was very pleasant.

This glider has been the best ever with delivery,packing and assembly. There’s like no assembly just arms and counter. It’s the best packed ever. Love it you all can take a bow! Ur work is great. Judy Dzon

Bought treadmill off Amazon 2020. In March 2022 needed a replacement remote. Sunny advised shipping delays 8-10 months. Then I was told that same timeframe a couple more times when checking in, in latter months with the last time being in September 2022. When checking in now in February 2023 they said it's now a discontinued item and they won't replace the remote. The whole time they were advising 8-10 months I felt like it was bs. Now it seems like they were running out the clock until the time became discontinued.

I had the absolute best customer service from Sunny Health & Fitness. Kitty was the representative I worked with and she was awesome. So nice, caring, knowledgeable and quick to respond to all my messages. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. A great customer service experience is unfortunately rare these days, so I hope Kitty understands how much I appreciate her.

This company went above and beyond for my replacement part! My beloved voltue spring. Now I'm able to enjoy my rower again. Thank you Sunny!

Terrible products and terrible support. I have bought two products from Sunny Health and Fitness. Each was faulty and cost me an obscene amount of time. The first, a treadmill, broke within months. It took weeks of back and forth with their support to have them even send me a replacement part. That, of course, arrived with no instructions. And when I finally made the replacement, it didn’t work. They had to send me a new treadmill, which while appreciated, meant I had to pay for bulk garbage removal of the first. Two years later, I bought an elliptical. After spending hours putting it together, the SINGLE piece that arrived assembled didn’t work. More hours and hours of working with the support later, (and another promise of a replacement piece that I clarified will once again have no instruction) they just gave up and refunded me. So, now I have a huge piece of bulk garbage that I have no means of getting rid of, yet again.

We love our new stationary bike. We had a slight irregularity in one of the parts and it was shipped to us in record time. The customer service personnel went above and beyond to take care of us. Thank you Sunny Health and Fitness! I highly recommend your product and your customer care.
