Sunny SF-E3911 - Support (Carlos) was amazingly helpful!!! I have clocked more than 500 miles on the Sunny SF-E3911 Elliptical machine & love it. Recently, the stepper roller was making thumping noise. Upon examining the rollers - found that one of them was flaking & pitting. Contacted Sunny Support to report the problem & Carlos responded. He agreed the roller needed to be replaced & suggested the other roller as well. As he was processing the replacement order - he said my machine was just outside the warranty period, but will process the order as a one-time replacement. The two rollers arrived about 5 days later & solved the thumping noise problem. Thank you Carlos!!! Now I can go another 500 miles (or more)!!!

Love the exercise bike. Would absolutely buy again. Reached out to customer support for brake pad replacement. Ride 5 times or more a week. Wait time was in seconds. Johan was AWESOME. He knew and understood exactly what I was looking for. Sent me a link. Waited for me to check and confirm I got it. I did. Ordered part. The whole process took less than 10 minutes . WOW. Thank You Johan.

1 year follow up: don't fall for their response, they did not help in any way. Blown away by this company's low quality treadmill and lackluster customer service. The treadmill I bought stopped running and while in communication with Sunny I learned that the issue actually originated from it being misaligned from the get go. The customer service tech had me jumping through all sorts of hoops to "fix" it, none of which addressed the issue at all, and in the end completely failed to stand by their product. Sunny's bottom line was basically the corporate version of "sucks to be you, maybe the retailer will care." Outside of a shady used car lotz I've never seen anything like it.

I'm 5 feet tall, 65 and female but put my step trainer together easily and quickly by myself! I broke both my ankles and one fibular a year ago and needed a smooth exerciser to strengthen my ankles and for cardio exercise. The stepper is just the thing and shows all the details you need throughout your workout. I highly recommend this exerciser

Sunny Health & Fitness SF-E905 Elliptical Machine Cross Trainer. Just bought the aforementioned machine from Amazon UK. I was halfway through putting the machine together when I saw, in the user manual, a note written in red Pen saying that the bolts that attached the pedal support bar to the pedal cranks were too big. Obviously, this meant that the machine had been sold previously and then returned due to these two bolts being too big. So I checked them myself thinking the seller would have changed these bolts for the correct bolts. However, the seller had not. All they had done was send the machine out again without checking anything. I am now the not-so-proud owner of a machine that has been sold once and sent back and am now in the exact same position as the first buyer. I have to undo all my hard work, re-pack the machine parts, find a printer to re-print the return label, and get it sent back to Amazon. I wouldn't mind had the first buyer not made notes of the problem in RED pen, but the problem was ignored by lazy people and poor customer quality service. What an absolute shambles. Very, very poor customer care on every level.

Ordered recumbent bike with hand pedals; ($430). Used it for three days - the seat was so hard that I ended up with blister on my rear. Complained to Sunny, was told the seat would soften with use. A hard resin seat isn’t going to “soften”! No satisfaction after dealing with customer service. $430, & they can’t give customers a seat that is usable! I reached back out to Sunny once again as suggested, was told they would“pass on my feedback” to their design team, but no compensation would be given. I will now make a formal complaint with the BBB…

I had a stripped pedal and crank. Sunny customer support was fantastic. Got me the parts and the correct videos to assist me installing the new crank, and trust me it’s not easy! But they were great Adrien and Dalia especially thank you!
