Relatively short life of treadmill, but I used it. While it worked, I liked the product. I have called and emailed a few times. I need to order a replacement part. Customer service person said could not find in the system and would send to techs. Never heard back from techs. Watched some videos and self-diagnosed that lower control board needs to be replaced. Have reached out to order, but no response.

My pedal broke so I called to get replacement pedal and crank arm. Getting someone on the phone wasn’t hard, but they weren’t sure if they had the product in stock. Took two days to get back to me that they were in stock. Then I had to call back and get them to do an invoice, wait another day or two and I finally got the link to pay via PayPal. They told me any 24mm crank pulled tool would work but they didn’t have any in stock. When it arrived, the 24mm crank puller tool I had didn’t work, so ordered another from Amazon, which was still too small. I called back and Carlos sent a link for a tool that he said would work. After retiring and ordering the third tool which didn’t fit, although it was the one customer service told me to order, I called back and spoke to Amber, who was wonderful. She contacted her parts department and sent me a tool that worked. Finally 3 weeks later I was able to replace crank arm and pedal. So either all the 24mm crank tools are wrong sized or the sunny fitness crank arm is slightly larger than 24mm. Lesson is to have them send the puller tool w replacement order. It was frustrating, and I wished I had spoken to Amber 1st as she seemed to be the only one that was quick to respond and actually fixed my issue.
