Lauren was excellent. She was very patient with me. The rower I got (sf-rw5515) is functional and cheap, which means its a good "starter machine" to see if you have the dedication and willpower to take up rowing. If you like rowing and can use this machine routinely for awhile, you can always upgrade for a better model later. The only flaw with the machine is that it doesnt count distance. It counts time, strokes, estimated calories burned, and total strokes over the machines life. But for like 200 dollars, its fine.

I purchased the SF-B12021 exercise bike after listening to several reviews on similar models. I chose this bike after a lengthy conversation with Ursula a customer representative at SF. She sent me additional information and after review I purchased and it was atbmy door steps less than a week later. The bike is smooth ride, study and well made. The many adjustments makes it a good fit for anyone. The assembly was easy but bike is heavy. The packaging was good and secure. All components were available with tools for assembly. My first ride was like wow. For much less than the big box bikes I can still sit my tablet on handle bars and ride in any fitness classes. Thanks again Ursula Tony

Interested in buying recumbent bike. Emailed 3 times and Facebook Messaged twice - over 3 separate days - haven’t received one reply. Looks like the comments about poor customer service are right, sadly!

The bike we purchased is wonderful. When we received it the seat was torn. We contacted customer service and they immediately sent us a new seat.

I purchased a recumbrent bike less than 3 years ago. It started to make a loud grinding noise when in use. I reached out to the company and sent videos of the noise it was making.Bottom line I got nowhere. I was told I had to pay for any parts because it's warranty expired. I feel although it was not an expensive bike, I should have gotten more than three years out of it. Was not happy that everything was done by email and could not speak to someone. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT OR COMPANY TO ANYONE!

I placed an order for a plush seat for my Sunny Fit bike from their website. As I had purchased my indoor bike from them, I had reward points available. I selected a $15 off reward. This showed in my cart as $15 off the total all the way through the transaction until I got to the confirmation screen after the last click. The confirmation did not show the discount and I was charged full price with the full amount showing on my credit card. I reached out to customer support immediately to ask for a partial refund or to have the order cancelled so I could try again. I did not receive a response until 4 days later when I was asked how the order was placed, through the app or the website. I responded website. Now, 5 more days after that, they replied that it didn't work because it was a replacement part and not an accessory. There was no indication of this during the whole checkout process and the discount only disappeared after I confirmed the order at the last step when I could no longer go back. The item is now showing as sold out. I can't even go back through the process to get a screenshot of the discount showing during checkout more. I feel their "rewards" are a scam. I'm staying far away from this company and advising others to stay away as well. You'll get better service from more reputable brands and even Chinese knock-off companies.

This company does everything well. I would consider it a consumer's "DREAM COME TRUE" type of company. They responded quickly to my email, Jerrie explained very well what I needed to send to them, when I could not find the part number and called a second time another employee helped me out and 1.5 days later they emailed me that the part was on it's way. What is not to like!!!!

THEY DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS!
