I will never, ever do business with this company again and I encourage everyone to think more than twice to have anything to do with them. If you have any problem with the item you will experience kind words that mask ridicule policies created I’m sure so the company does not have to actually help. Our under the desk pedal arrived with no screws to put it together. I got a big run around with them wanting the condition of the brand new item from Amazon! That is not included for brand new items!! Needless to say we have a worthless piece of equipment now. Then I learn to post a review they make you sign up to receive unwanted notifications from them.

I purchased the Sunny recumbent bike a few years ago and used it almost daily without any issues. I loved it so much that I recently upgraded to the Sunny Smart recumbent cross trainer elliptical exercise bike, and I love this even more. I had an issue with the assembly which was all my fault and Sunny shipped me a new part within days. Highly recommend Sunny Health & Fitness.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I received an Upright Row-N-Ride® Rowing Machine as a gift for Christmas. One of the parts broke and I needed a new piece. Ursula and Dalia were absolutely fantastic in ensuring that I got the correct part for my equipment. Thank you again for such a positive experience.

Awesome company! A part was cracked on my treadmill. I reached out via email immediately upon noticing this flaw. The company responded positively, requesting photo & part number via diagram. I was assured a replacement would be sent and was kept abreast of how and when delivery would be made. They were definitely "on their job". Received part, replaced and treadmill is working fine. Thanks a bunch!

I think this is only the second review I’ve ever written, but the outstanding help that I received from the Sunny Fitness Support team, especially Hugo and Carlos, was worthy of a review. Their help was incredible! I have a Sunny Fitness treadmill SF-T4400 Motorized Treadmill, that I purchased a few years back. It’s been such a gift to my health and well being, mentally and physically. I use it 5 days a week and the benefits are huge!! Saw me through the loss of my father, still helps me through the grief. The treadmill began to have electrical issues a few months back, a faulty wire. I live at the coast and items rust easily, I don’t know what the exact cause, regardless, the support that I received to bring it back to life, was over and beyond what I expected! I was walked, (pun intended) through how to change the wires, sent a video on the steps, every aspect that was needed to bring my treadmill back to life was covered! it actually was an easy fix! I commend Sunny Fitness for hiring such outstanding humans; capable, knowledgable, solution oriented, as well as kind, compassionate and patient as I sorted through what was wrong and how to fix it. Their service was prompt, attention to emails immediate, replacement products timely. Not only is the treadmill up and running, it didn’t end up in a landfill, taking unnecessary space! Success all the way around! They said, "Our #1 priority is helping customers remain happy and healthy!” they proved they do just that. Sunny Fitness equipment will continue to be my go to fitness equipment because of this extraordinary service, my wonderful experience with their support team and overall great treadmill! I needed to replace a small part on my RW5515 Magnetic Rowing Machine. I called Sunny's Health & Fitness Equipment Customer Service Number. The representative was Julie. Julie was professional, polite, & has a pleasant, clear voice. Julie understood what part I was explaining & knew the parts number. Julie also said were the parts diagram was on the email she sent me. I saw the part I needed right away. She explained the process of ordering a part. Asked if I had any questions. I had a few. Then we were finished. It was a quick process & simple. Yay! It was terrific having Julie process my parts request. I will let friends know how great Sunny Health & Fitness Equipment is. Thank you Julie!

Excellent customer service! I needed a replacement part and Kitty, the customer service agent, was extremely helpful in finding me the replacement part and providing instructional videos. Replacement parts are very reasonably priced.
