I found a great coach through Strawberry.me that is helping me through career and life navigations! I do recommend trying to choose your own coach vs going with the one assigned to you. Choosing my own coach really allowed me to focus in on what type of coach I needed. If it's your first time though, going through a few coaching styles can help you solidify how you receive help.

I got a good coach. Some of the notes features could be better but tbh I just use Google Docs. Overall I'm happy that there's a more affordable option for coaching, though.

This has been a surprisingly positive experience so far! I saw their ad on Instagram and have been pretty stagnant at work and not sure what to do next, so I figured… why not give it a shot? The setup reminds me of better health but for career coaching. The coach I was paired with is very well qualified and a good style fit, too, based on my responses to the initial questionnaire. Had my third session this past week and have already unlocked some new insights that are helping me steer in the right direction. Going to stick with it!

Strawberry.me is very easy to use and the staff is all very helpful and responsive. My coach Holly has been super great in helping me find direction and I am so grateful to have found her. I would definitely recommend Stawberry to anyone looking for the next step in their personal or professional life.

I found a coach who was perfect for me. Very understanding and passionate. He had great ideas and relevant experience and an excellent sounding board.

I've been working with my Strawberry.me career coach for a few months; long enough for her to help me through: 1 - identifying why I wasn't loving my old role 2 - considering opportunities that would better align with my goals and lifestyle 3 - transitioning from my old role into my new (current) role 4 - identifying and squashing old habits while establishing new healthier habits I wish I knew how much I would benefit from career coaching sooner because I stayed in my old role for far too long, and I didn't realize the lasting impact it would have. Technically speaking, the video portal is very easy to navigate and is accessible via mobile devices when you're traveling or not near a computer. I don't like utilizing the messaging feature (texting/emailing with your coach between video calls), but I can see how that appeals to people. Rescheduling can be tricky if done last minute due to lack of availability... my career coach is booked and busy, and I totally understand why! Otherwise, Strawberry.me auto-schedules you for a video call based on your membership/sprint cycle. My only "con" is I wish there was a membership pause option so I could skip a sprint without getting billed. It's a steep price to pay if you're not needing the service for a given cycle.
