I was recommended by a relative as I was in-between roles and looking to define what I was looking for. I felt stuck in a constant cycle of getting jobs that paid the bills but overtime out grew feeling fulfilled. I decided to try Strawberry to find a new perspective and method to figuring out who I am and what inspires me. I have the privilege of working with an incredible coach whose holistic approach to career coaching not only gave me the foundation to growth as a unique individual but to understand the type of work I wanted to find fulfillment and aligh with my values. My coach always pushes the mark, asks me thought provoking questions and always encourages me to look beyond the status quo. I was able to get through some personal assumptions I accepted as fact and challenge myself to find my authentic self. Would highly recommended for anyone in a current role or looking for work! Coach will be your aly along the way - to find that unique you and what is truly meaningful to you.

There's always a time in your life when you need someone outside of your circles to ask you questions and help you navigate options. That is why I use Strawberry.me - and loving strawberries was not in the balance! :-). Although I got confused about the plans (very affordable), they were very helpful in making the best of it and matching my needs. And the coach I have (Jen), is just fantastic!

As someone who has been fortunate enough to reach a point in their career to realize that more money doesn't always equal greater happiness and open to changing and pursing a more self-fulfilling career path, I felt like all I was missing was someone to show me the way, provide some direction based on my work experience and accomplishments. My coach has not only been great in helping me determine what next steps make the most sense, but also to recognize accomplishments or skills that I may not have been able to see, myself. As someone with ADHD, I found myself burning time on trying to figure out what career or job pursuits I should commit energy to, oftentimes wasting hours without ever resulting in any action taken -- but even having worked out a preliminary plan with my coach, I can already see myself being able to leverage my ADHD to energetically deal with my career challenges and tasks head-on. It's still early, so I admit I can't say how much coaching will contribute toward measurable success, but even without being that far in the process, I already feel more confident and prepared to pursue a career path more in line with my calling and creativity -- which my coach has made me realize I have actually already put effort into and seen progress!

Strawberry.me's platform made signing up, scheduling and getting paired with a professional coach super simple and quick. My coach, Aisha, is very skilled at actively listening to my strategies, plans, and challenges and synthesizing them into practical and manageable steps toward my larger goals. She reflects back patterns and key words that I use in a way that allows me to take a deeper look into values and perceived weaknesses that may be keeping me from giving my best performance in various professional situations. The Strawberry.me Goals Board provides an easy way to keep track of my weekly progress, too!
