Look, it isn't anything magical. Strawberry.me really picks your hand and is able to attach you to a trained professional that is reasonable, non-judgmental, grounded that will really just provide a tailored experience within your abilities. It is good and reasonable, but don't expect it to do any miracles in your life nor for it to do any work for you.

The coach herself was great. The customer service was not. I had to pause my account, after which I got zero notification that my pause had ended, and zero notification that I would be charged again. I have essentially been charged for two months, almost $600, with zero coaching. Will not recommend.

Since I wrote the review that this company strawberry.me did not return my money. They emailed me and sent back my money which I’m very grateful about.. so kudos for them for finally giving my money back
