Anny is a brilliant coach. My sessions with her had been helpful and practical. I am grateful for her and what I enjoy most from the sessions is keeping it grounded to my self-discovery, insights, and supplementing that with tools and Anny's personal experience. That exchange made the coaching life changing.

I came to Strawberry.me as a business owner and busy mom stuck in execution mode, holding everyone else to my word but not myself. I was paired with Coach Krystena and in our very first session she helped me see that the real shift was turning that integrity inward. Every session ends with a clear summary, a key insight, one or two doable action items, and an updated goals board I can review between calls. She is incredibly practical. She helped me name my "shame, guilt, elapsed time" loop and gave me the mantra "I am a person that plans ahead." When I saw I was the bottleneck, she had me focus on one thing: building an AI bot to capture tasks. Now my AI bot team and fifteen minute hard stops are working really well. Instead of rigid rules my brain rebels against, she helped me plan to get ready 30 minutes earlier, and my time to leave alerts are working great. I moved journaling to the morning, and my newest tool is catching myself when I start to derail and saying, "No brain, I'm in control." Krystena is warm, kind, and never makes homework feel like busywork. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

I am writing this review to warn other consumers about the deceptive subscription conversion practices and rigid refund friction encountered with this platform. I canceled my membership back in August and completely stopped using the platform. I never booked or utilized any subscription coaching sessions. Despite this, my credit card was automatically charged for a full subscription period without clear, prominent upfront disclosure or explicit affirmative renewal consent. When I noticed the unauthorized charge and attempted to resolve the issue directly with customer support, I was met with extreme billing friction and a strict adherence to a "no-refunds" policy, despite the fact that absolutely no subscription services were ever rendered. Charging a consumer for an entirely unused product after a cancellation notice is sent is an unfair business practice. If you are a consumer in California or any other state with strict consumer protection laws, be aware that their billing interface uses confusing terms to lock you into non-refundable charges. I am demanding that management reviews my account history, verifies that zero subscription sessions were ever utilized, and issues a full refund immediately to close out this matter.

I recently started with my coach through Strawberry. It has been a great experience, clearly they paired me really well. I have had a few sessions and I always end with a plan and feeling that I have made improvements.

Great experience to help me feel invigorated in my next phase in life. This is a great concept for those who have made it in their career and want to shift focus or those who need guidance and feel stuck. I have a great coach and within the past 3 sessions only I feel closer to my shift in my career and not stuck for once on where to begin. Looking forward to next year and the accomplishments I know I will achieve!

I've now attended three sessions with my coach. I enjoy the accountability she offers, the depth of the exercises she can share, and her open and judgement-free demeaner. I'm still in the process so I can't say how effective the coaching has been in finding a job or transforming my professional outlook, but I can say that I was floundering before, presented with too much of a blank slate on what to do, and now I feel focused.
