I am writing this review to warn other consumers about the deceptive subscription conversion practices and rigid refund friction encountered with this platform. I canceled my membership back in August and completely stopped using the platform. I never booked or utilized any subscription coaching sessions. Despite this, my credit card was automatically charged for a full subscription period without clear, prominent upfront disclosure or explicit affirmative renewal consent. When I noticed the unauthorized charge and attempted to resolve the issue directly with customer support, I was met with extreme billing friction and a strict adherence to a "no-refunds" policy, despite the fact that absolutely no subscription services were ever rendered. Charging a consumer for an entirely unused product after a cancellation notice is sent is an unfair business practice. If you are a consumer in California or any other state with strict consumer protection laws, be aware that their billing interface uses confusing terms to lock you into non-refundable charges. I am demanding that management reviews my account history, verifies that zero subscription sessions were ever utilized, and issues a full refund immediately to close out this matter.

I would not recommend due to customer service and sales experience. I did their quiz, was very upfront and honest. Their AI quiz matched me with an awesome coach, but had very limited availability. So I figured I’d wait. Then I got an email “this coach is out top coach…” Okay, I’ll give it a shot for $35 for a week “trial”. But it wasn’t a week trial… The soonest I could book a call was 4 days out. The coach was kind and let me know they were looking forward to meeting me in four days time and to feel free to ask any questions… But… The sales page indicates you have chat support every day? I was very clear I wanted daily (preferably twice a day) communications… An accountability Buddy of sorts… So the 7 day trial turned into 3, which means 2 as you need to cancel before being charged a whole month. I emailed customer service multiple times regarding the misleading facts of the seven day trial. No response. I requested a refund and to have the call canceled due to their smoke and mirrors. No response. So… no… I don’t recommend. Not due to the coaches, but them. I also saw they charge people after canceling or canceling not being registered… too shady if you ask me.

Well, I really like my coach. I find the billing methods of this company to be predatory. They don’t do it by session. It’s by a week by week basis and they make you pay for four at a time upfront. If you were unable to make your session, it doesn’t get accounted for and it just seems to go into the next building cycle so you will end up losing your session if you have a change in your schedule or unable to make it. Some of us have a job where it makes it hard for us to schedule ahead of time and or have things come up

I had a very disappointing experience with Strawberry. I signed up and paid for a trial, but after rescheduling one of my coaching sessions, my coach renewed my trial. Shortly afterward, Strawberry charged me approximately $320 CAD for a monthly membership that I never intended to purchase or authorize. I contacted customer support hoping they would investigate what happened or offer a reasonable solution, such as a refund or credit. Instead, they immediately placed the blame on me, dismissed my concerns, and made no meaningful effort to resolve the issue or even look into it further. The billing process felt misleading, and the lack of accountability from customer service made the experience even more frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the platform.

I am submitting this complaint because Strawberry.Me has charged my account twice for $280 over the past two months while I have been actively trying to contact the company to stop the recurring charges and obtain a refund. I have not attended a session in more than eight weeks, yet the company has continued billing me without my authorization. Strawberry.Me does not provide a customer service phone number, making it impossible to speak with a representative directly. When I email their billing support address, I receive only automated or bot-generated responses, with no meaningful assistance or resolution. In my experience, the company provides little to no accessible customer support, and its website lacks clear information about how customers can obtain help or resolve billing issues. I am requesting a full refund of the two unauthorized $280 charges and that all future billing on my account be canceled immediately.

Great coaching, but they bait and switch you in billing. They say they charge $70 per session and you have to pay for 4 at a time. What they're really signing you up for is a $280 recurring monthly charge on your card, sometimes billing the credit card twice in the same month. When I reached out to customer support, they refused to refund 2 months of charges when I didn't do any coaching in those two months and instead offered me 2 weeks of credits for future coaching. Avoid at all costs! It sucks because the coach was knowledgable and super helpful.
