My coach Jeanette has been wonderful to work with. She values my time, ask thoughtful questions that guide me to more clarity. She encourages me to use the chat box to keep her updated and provide timely feedback outside of our sessions. She always ends our sessions with a recap and actionable steps. Like any coaching or therapy, the coaches in this program challenge you to dig deep and ask yourself questions. However, I have received excellent insight, exercises to explore and key tasks to focus on that have completely reset my thinking. I am on a new journey to both feel good today and get I inspired for tomorrow. This is a great program!!!

A great setup. They make it easy to find the right coach, the website's interface is user-friendly, and the customer service is excellent. I only stopped coaching because my financial priorities changed. But I do wish they'd pay their coaches a much bigger cut out of the subscription price! If I'm paying $140/session, my coach should be making AT LEAST $40 of that!

My coach is very non-judgemental which I really appreciate. I've worked so far with four professional career coaches and the rest of them just kept trying to argue with me on everything I brought up. They were dismissive about my hesitations to do things and felt it was just in my head. I'm sorry but I've got bills to pay and deciding what's going to be worth my investment of time and money is something that I take seriously so I consider all avenues before deciding on a clear path. Stephanie understands that and reflects back to me why these things matter. I value her opinion. Also she offered realistic solutions that her predecessors didn't.
