It was quick and easy to find a good coach. I like how the platform is very simple. I recommend this to anyone who wants to improve their personal or professional situation!

I've now attended three sessions with my coach. I enjoy the accountability she offers, the depth of the exercises she can share, and her open and judgement-free demeaner. I'm still in the process so I can't say how effective the coaching has been in finding a job or transforming my professional outlook, but I can say that I was floundering before, presented with too much of a blank slate on what to do, and now I feel focused.

I am a coach for the platform. I initially thought the system was not understanding me and that was the case for awhile with the prompts I was getting during sessions. The tech wasn't fully developed and it was difficult to use the scheduling feature. I also heard many clients didn't like the billing or they didn't understand what exactly they had signed up for. Many of these items have been fixed and they actually have people to reach to you for discussions. It felt like a "blackhole" at first but they've improved their processes a lot since I first started with them last year. I hope this makes people come back who may have been dissatisfied in the past. I have over 20 years of professional experience in my field and an ICF coaching credential so I've been able to use my experience and training to help people outside of my 9-5. While I wish I was matched with more clients who stayed longer with me, I do appreciate everyone I've worked with so far.

My coach’s guidance and questions helped unlock some of the challenges I’ve been experiencing with re-entering entrepreneurship after years of working in corporate environments. Our sessions have been both theoretical and tactical. Additionally, I appreciate the platform for async communication and the suggested activities.

Very easy way to get started with some coaching. The user experience could use improvement, but overall it's functional and I like my coach. It's been a great resource to keep me accountable. The billing occurs monthly, so you have to make sure to schedule sessions to get the most out of your money.

I like our conversations, she makes me reframe my thoughts, reflecting on the worse case to the best case and how l feel at that time. I now pause , breathe, and reflect on - before I move forward. What l think about the whole experience/session's is; l like them, but l should have them scheduled every other week, weekly is to often; for me. My only other issue is there’s to many emails. I am very satisfied with my progress.
