Great experience but not entirely what I was looking for

Lynda help to talk through some very difficult leadership discussions and how to frame and approach them.

I found a great coach here at Strawberry.me and it was a simple, straightforward process. No complications, no hidden fees.

It's a great service. The coach I'm working with was not the first recommendation the platform suggested, so keep that in mind. I'd suggest reviewing at least 5 profiles to understand the coach's background and specialities before trying one out. The billing was a little confusing, but customer support is attentive. You have to set up a Link account to automate your payments, but you manage your subscription through the platform. I recently received actionable "homework" to do through the platform given by my coach, which was surprisingly nice. Their use of AI during your session is helpful. Overall, I recommend it's worth trying a 2-week sprint; it's given me the amount of time I need between sessions to work on my goals.

I am three sessions into the Strawberry.me coaching experience, and it has been a terrific way for me to find clarity in my professional goals and direction. My coach (Shyla) has been a terrific listener and reflective practitioner. Long term goal setting and weekly action steps have encouraged personal growth and refinement. Strawberry has been easy to use and a great straightforward portal for messaging with my coach. The price is reasonable! At this moment in my life/career, it has been a real benefit to me.

I found Strawberry.me in the very nick of time. I had deadlines for grad school applications and a big exam coming up. Going back to school after over 7 years in the workforce, my head was full of worries and hesitations that were keeping me in analysis paralysis. My counsellor not only listened to my concerns, but expertly helped me organize my thoughts and challenge my assumptions. In just one month, my applications are well underway and I’ve even applied for a couple other positions. I also passed my exam with flying colors! I couldn’t have done it without the kickstart from Strawberry.

My coach is phenomenal and invested in helping me succeed. I’ve seen progress in myself in just one month. It is a good idea to change coaches at the beginning however if you are not connecting. Strawberry’s customer service was accommodating and even provided me a credit for the week I spent with the coach that was not a good match initially. I ended up with an amazing coach, intelligent, insightful, Harvard graduate, and genuine.

I have really benefited from this experience. It has helped me to clarify my goals and envision what future I want for myself. The price per session is really reasonable for the long term career benefits it can lead to.
