I always wondered about coaching and have to say I was unsure. So far I can tell you I am VERY happy. In just a few sessions, my coach Max has already helped me to uncover truths about where I am and how I truly feel about my current job that I had no idea about. I've been thinking about this and talking about it non stop for months and yet, hadn't realized this very basic aspects of my own current experience. I like how patient he is and how clearly this is not a therapy session but more like having a copilot monitoring your every move while you are the one driving the car (your car). Very excited to continue discovering more.
