Sometimes, it's nice to have someone to talk to outside of your inner circle, to get fresh perspectives and advice on ho to deal with life's situations. I started coaching for career advice, but had a personal situation that was troubling me that we were able to discuss, too. I like the virtual atmosphere which makes it comfortable from my own home.

The coaches are really experienced, and you can tell they care about their job. The added accountability and structure has really helped me as someone with ADHD. The only shortcoming right now is that there can be issues in the calls when sharing screen, which has led to a couple sessions being cut short. However, for the most part, it works great and is really helpful for me!
